Just called by Ellie on ext 222, who told me that I was currently paying £10pm for cover and that she wanted to reduce it to about £8, she then wanted my bank details. From reading the comments on this site it seems this is a genuine offer to set up new cover, but I have to say
it sounds like a scam !

Unsolicited telephone call from PC …
Unsolicited telephone call from PC Protect telling me my £10 protection was expiring and they were going to help me renew. Advised I had never had protection on any product and cut them off.
Called the number back 0203 011 2139 and it takes you to wiseguys.....
Work on recommendation not misrepresentation!

We would like to look into this matter as we don’t have any information on when any current plan is expiring. Our agent would have called to discuss going on to a protection plan with our company. At the start of the call they ask whether you have a plan currently. If you do we look to provide you with a better deal, if you don’t we discuss how our plan may benefit you.

Spoke to this guys in December 17. Used them for the first time Today . Wonderful guys call Jamie spent several long hour fixing my computer. Very professional and patient. So glad i have these guys now as i have been ripped off in the past.
