Definitely five stars
Definitely five stars. Fabulous service and very prompt replies on Messenger and email to my queries. A big purchase for me so being able to pay over three payments definitely helped.
I looked at a lot of boards, some a lot cheaper. Glad I went with Wolfcreek UK

Superb company
Superb company. Customer service is amazing. I had a query with an order and had a phone call back within minutes on a Sunday..... And a bank holiday. Great paddle board, good quality. Will definitely use this shop again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Ordering was easy and delivery very quick. Had a problem with a pump and Ian went over and beyond to get it sorted. Absolutely fabulous customer service. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future

Excellent experience
Purchased 2 paddle boards and they arrived within 24hrs, excellent service from Ian through the whole process, especially with all my daft questions on first inflation, would definitely recommend and will be using going forward.

He gave me the confidence to finally make my choice, and I chose the Glide board. Really impressed with the service, and more importantly the quality of the board and accessories. It’s not a cheap board, it’s good quality at a very affordable price. I would recommend the board and the company, and will return to buy another, I am sure.

Would highly recommend! There was an issue with delivery (not in any way the fault of Wolf Creek) but Ian did absolutely everything he could to fix the situation. Wolf Creek are one of those companies that genuinely care about the product and the service. Ian was fantastic and in the end, regardless of the issue, I was super impressed. I would 100% check them out if you're looking for a paddleboard. The board I got is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

Absolutely first rate customer service
Absolutely first rate customer service. I would highly recommend this company. Ian was able to answer my questions and offered helpful advice. Once my order was placed, my new board turned up within a couple of days containing everything including a bonus waterproof phone pouch. There was also a personalised hand written card, which proves I wasn't just another faceless customer but valued. Will definitely be purchasing again from here.

After a long process of research I…
After a long process of research I decided to place an order for 2 boards with Ian back in January. His customer service was outstanding and the boards arrived within a couple of days.
Finally went out on the boards yesterday and the build quality seems strong. Myself and my daughter enjoyed ourselves!
If you are unsure on what you're buying just ask the question.

Highly recommend - superb service
After months on on-line research I bought a SUP from WolfCreek. Wow - what incredible service as it was personally delivered to the door. Great quality product with free Kayak seat and 6 year warranty, can’t wait to get the family on the water. Lovely touch of an additional free water bottle and T-shirt. I will be joining the WolfCreek Facebook online community. My research was worth it!
