Awful experience at Chester showroom , ordered before Xmas and had to constantly chase for a fitting date . Used a Wren fitter who was great but the design of the kitchen was horrendous , items planned in which didn’t fit and the hob was planned to close to the wall meaning no splashback can be fitted !!! Husband had to make good errors so that the quarts could be fitted bearing in mind we had paid to have it fitted by Wren !! Then we had to ring customer services as we were charged for the quarts that couldn’t be fitted .
I was recommended Wren but will do everything I can to deter other as they are an horrendous company , shoddy designers who just want to earn their commission … avoid avoid avoid

Only care about profit and not customer. Delivered my new bedroom and repeatedly dropped items off the sack truck (?!) on to my driveway damaging boxes and panels / doors. Zero help from Wren to sort this out and want me to u pack everything to check then pack it all back up until it’s fitted. Their after sales and customer care is terrible. I used to hear this a lot when I worked for two of their main competitors so foolish of me to take a chance on Wren. Not worth the risk!

He also suggested that Wren could do a media wall for us which I had mentioned and took the measurements for that too apart from the measurements he needed for the built in wardrobes. He also suggested that Wren do the installation which would save me having to find someone myself. Overall a very pleasant experience, thank you Jon!

I would never use Wren ever again. We asked for floor to ceiling wardrobes. The designer produced a plan which clearly showed a gap, so we pointed out it wasn’t floor to ceiling. We were reassured that it would be and it’s just how they have to do it on the system. She pointed out in the extras section that there were extra plinths / a cornice to ensure it was floor to ceiling. We booked installation through Wren and when the guy turned up he said he has to build it to plan, he can’t deviate from it and the plan didn’t show floor to ceiling. He also pointed out that the extras sent weren’t long enough so even if he did use them it would look ridiculous, it was far too big of a gap to use a plinth / cornice anyway and there would be a join. We got no where with Wren customer service. The designer knew she’d messed up. She said we actually needed storage boxes on top and offered to pay a small amount towards it out of her own personal money as she knew it was her fault. We’ve not actually resolved the situation due to my mum passing away so I haven’t followed up and chased them but they weren’t willing to help correct there own mistake and even refused to collect / refund us for the parts the installer couldn’t even touch.

When we visited the show room, we were given time to look around and then Morgan helped us design the perfect kitchen for us. Morgan had great suggestions and helped us consider things we hadn’t thought about. She wasn’t pushy and understood that we wanted to get another quote from a different place and then when we got back in touch she helped us compare our choices. Once we put our order through, it didn’t take long to arrange the delivery and that arrived on time. We are very glad we went with Wren kitchens, the quality of the units are very high and we couldn’t be happier. Our fitter was also impressed with the ease of sorting it all out as the units came prebuilt. The customer service after care has also been very helpful. Thank you Cerys.

I had your professional team to come out measure and design my kitchen when the kitchen finally arrived it did not fit as it was measured an designed rong! is this my fault! Nope! They wouldn't come even out to help sort the problem. They insisted then only way to resolve the problem i had to pay extra to sort there mess out or i would have a kitchen, please do not go to wren for your kitchen there unacceptable. 1 VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER..

Wren kept us informed of delivery time, we were called by the guys half an hour before delivery, they were respectful of or home and placed the items where asked to.
Both Paul & Okam were friendly and worked efficiently

Visited Chester Wren shop and found the staff friendly and extremely helpful. We were looking to buy top of the range worktops for the kitchen we already have to modernise it.Having looked at the range we decided on a worktop
we needed 4 x 3 metre but when we tried to purchase we were told because we didn’t have an account with them meaning we hadn’t bought 5 units from them we were unable to purchase !So they were happy to not accept our good money because we did not purchases more from them so came away disappointed.
Will take our business to a family run business that are grateful for our custom. Such a shame for the staff as that is apparently company rules.

I ordered some more units for my Kitchen supplied by Wren 3,years ago { still looks like New} to extend its capacity. As usual Chester dealt with Chloe Bradley excellent planner ordered tall units no issue and great deal. All units arrived on time, excellent delivery service nothing too much trouble where to put and store units { waiting for my fitting team in a week or so } great team. Then after inspection later that day noticed damage to door’s of unit, then called wren customer service gave details and photo no problem they said and new door replacements ordered and delivered today. Excellent service as usual Thank you Wren👌

Kitchen got fitted no problem. Was advised by kitchen fitter to leave plinths until we got our floor fitted and he would return and do them. We’ve tried contacting him countless times and we have also tried to contact clare our kitchen designer at the showroom at Chester but nothing. We’ve now contacted costumer services in the hope of getting this sorted. Now 5months on 🫣

My kitchen doors have completely delaminated on both my kitchens. Wren sent out new doors and end panels but would not fit them, as they said it was more than 2 years. Low quality. Disappointing

We installed our kitchen a year ago so now is a good time to add a review.
The kitchen is still as good as the day it was installed, no niggles no faulty equipment no problems whatsoever .
The whole process with wren was professional competent and friendly , led by brilliant kitchen designer Casey who listened to what we wanted and created just that ,with her knowledge and experience patiently guided us through the whole process,
The installation by wren (Matt) was timely and seamless from start to finish any issues were dealt with without drama, and after a year I still cannot fault their work , we are delighted with the kitchen and the quality which is extremely good .
Plus seven years interest free credit makes the whole thing
painless.
I cannot recommend Wren enough

Sean and Callum Marshall arrived at the exact time they said they would, were polite, friendly and professional in their approach to their work.
Kitchen was delivered speedily but with care.

We have had so many different issues for nearly a year with numerous telephone calls, photographs on emails and video calls, there really are to many to mention. Their customer services team needs a revamp and a different script. They should employ the fitter’s themselves instead of subcontracting them out. I have spent too many hours trying to get them to fix the issues that had arose, feeling like I was doing their job for them. Extremely shoddy work from a company that portrays themselves as top notch, especially after spending so much money on high quality products not being correctly fitted or finished. Definitely not a company that I would recommend
