The most awful experience with Wrens kitchen in Coventry! They seem to be very helpful when ordering but after sales awful! Half the items don't arrive or arrive broken! Spoke to the guy who sold us the kitchen and he's unwilling to help and just passes the blame and lies about things he says - apparently things he's said in person do not count and only email confirmation do! Lied about putting a sink on our order and now has to fork out more money for it! The guy we spoke to is full of lies!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Awful staff and awful service... stay away from this company. 6 months to start to finish and still crap. Cheap quality. Worst complaints department I have ever dealt with. Their system is so messed up things need to be repeated every visit. *** stay away***

Bedroom fitting - I would not recommend Wren Kitchens based on my recent experience.

I placed my order in November and was clearly advised that delivery and fitting would take place by the last week of January. This timeframe was an important factor in my decision to go ahead. After ordering, I was later informed that kitchens were being prioritised over bedrooms and that my fitting would now be pushed back until March, months later than agreed.

This significant delay was not proactively communicated to me. Instead, I had to chase for updates and raise a complaint with the design showroom before any meaningful response was received. It was only after complaining that I was offered a weekend fitting date.

Today the items were delivered but were water damaged. Items have spent overnight in a leaking van and are not fit for purpose.

Throughout the process, communication has been poor and inconsistent. I have had no response to my emails, and calls were never returned, and I have repeatedly had to follow up on emails that were not responded to. The overall experience has been stressful and disappointing.

When making such a large purchase, customers rely on accurate timelines and clear communication. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Wrens. Based on the delays, lack of transparency and the need to escalate matters simply to get responses, I would not recommend them.

Delivery men listened to our preferences, then carried them out. And cleared up afterwards. Nearly stacked. And polite.

Delivery drivers were friendly & super helpful

Wren Coventry in particular Dal the salesman have been absolutely superb.
From the moment we engaged with Dal, we know this was the right kitchen supplier for us.
Dal walked us through all the options and installation using his great knowledge and 3D graphics.
Ordering and delivery were seamless, with professional staff on hand.
Dealing with Hull customer services on the odd occasion, was so easy and everything ordered delivered on time.
I would not hesitate to recommend Wren to anyone and would definitely be my first choice in the future.
Wren Coventry have absolutely brilliant staff, and are a credit to the company.

Just as an update from 6 weeks ago ! I’m still fighting for a finished kitchen and I’m reliably informed that wren will not compensate for the stress and upset they have caused in the constant delays and poor fitting of our still unfinished kitchen ! Don’t expect any compassion from wren it’s as non existent as their installation / workmanship ethics . This is one of those life lessons where I take away …….
1 don’t ever use wren for any home improvements
2 don’t expect any help or problem solving unless you are willing to constantly phone and email
3 don’t believe a word the call handlers say as they will tell you what you want to hear only to click delete the second they take the next complaints call of which there are many !
4 don’t ever pay in full for any products or service from wren as they then hold all the cards .
5 a shopping bag is no compensation for the stress and arguing that is needed to get your kitchen fitted with the correct items let alone trying to get the snagging list rectified .

Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune to have contact with. Learn from my mistakes and go to Howdens pay for a decent fitter who doesn’t bodge a job because you don’t want him to do the over priced extras they quoted for . See you all in 6 weeks 😡

Pressure pressure pressure to get you to sign the order (very small print / lengthy contract) linked to “if you don’t sign it delays delivery” - they ordered wrong colour despite me verbally (my mistake it wasn’t emailed) checking the colour - delivered wrong colour and I am stuck with it…. Salesman said he told us it was cream - 100% lie - why would I accept a cream kitchen when I wanted white?? Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole again - BUYER BEWARE

Right from the begining. Dal Shoker designer at Wren kitchen was great, very helpful and patient even though we altered the kitchen design several times. His advice was always spot on.
The fitters led by Bart were exceptional. They worked hard with skill and good humour. We have never encountered good workmanship like this before.
I would recomend Wren for kitchens wholeheartedly.

From beginning to end the service and quality of product was first class. From Jonathan Hargreaves at the Coventry store through to the end kitchen was seamless. Jonathan's planing the kitchen and advice about the right equipment was priceless. Manager at Coventry Bilal was so helpful as well. I needed to order something short on the delivery and no problem came two days later. We had our own fitter but Stephen came to measure for the worktop and was very friendly and professional. Jack and Charlie came to fit the worktop and very professional as well.
I needed couple of things extra after finishing the Kitchen and Jonathan helped again to order those parts and advice. Contact I had throughout and aftercare was first class. Glad I chose Wren. They were with me every step of the way. Can’t thank everyone involved enough. The kitchen is a dream.
Will recommend to any one and will use again

Total waste of money. Not given description about product. Showed at time of purchase MDF material and was delivered general hard board. Only door MDF. Will not recommend to anyone.

I visited Wren in Coventry to get a quote for a new kitchen. After waiting 35 minutes, the person who was supposed to design the kitchen was very unprofessional and rude. He kept asking unrelated questions, answered phone calls while serving us, and ignored us while we were sitting and trying to speak with him. I will not be buying my new kitchen from Wren in Coventry.
