Wren Kitchens - Rotherham Avis 31

Well what can I say. Ordered a Wren Kitchen. Firstly parts were often missing. The times I phoned customer care was phenomenal. ( the customer care team were absolutely brilliant.i thank them for putting up with me )
I then bought a Quartz Kitchen table.
It arrived with the box damaged. After I’d put it together my wife noticed rhe table top was chipped. Customer care agreed to replace it. After many calls and photographs I eventually got them to send over a new set of legs. The reason being the customer has to stick the metal legs to the table top. Getting this unstuck reverted in damaging the frame. Brilliant, just received them today.
Yodel the delivery team left the box propped up against the door and scarpered. I’m not surprised. The box was completely wrecked with my table legs inside.
These thankfully seem to be ok, but the point is, Wren doesn’t seem to care about how its stock is stored, and the sent out to its customers. This kind of attitude must cost Wren fortune. Higher Management take note. It’s your profits that taking a hit. ( unless I’m Wrens only customer for this charade to happen to)

My experience with Wren Kitchens has been nothing short of appalling. What should have been an exciting kitchen installation turned into frustration, stress, and wasted time.

The delivery was a complete shambles. Incorrect items were delivered, several units arrived damaged, and to make matters worse, a number of essential items were missing altogether. This caused immediate delays and additional inconvenience, none of which appeared to concern Wren in the slightest.

When I contacted the Rotherham store to raise a complaint, the situation went from bad to worse. The manager I spoke to was utterly unhelpful, dismissive, and patronising, speaking down to me rather than listening to legitimate concerns. There was no apology, no ownership of the problems, and certainly no sense of customer care. I was made to feel as though the issues were somehow my fault, despite them being entirely due to Wren’s errors.

The lack of accountability and basic professionalism is staggering for a company that claims to be “premium.” Chasing corrections, replacements, and answers became my responsibility, while Wren showed little urgency or interest in resolving the mess they created.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Wren Kitchens to think twice. Poor quality control, chaotic logistics, and unacceptable customer service – particularly at the Rotherham branch – have completely destroyed my trust in this company. This has been an exhausting and deeply disappointing experience, and I would never use Wren Kitchens again.

Had a great experience with Kam at Rotherham branch with my partner. Attention to detail, great knowledge and no pressure. We decided to leave a deposit based on our experience and great design. Woulddefo recommended Kam,

Mark at the Rotherham showroom helping design our new kitchen was very helpful with any questions that we had or changes we needed to make he was happy to help.

When our order was delivered Ben &John where brilliant too they was very careful not to damage any of the order or anything in the house they were very polite and friendly they were also very efficient.

Had delivery today by carl and Ben. Kept me informed when they were arriving. Very efficient , very polite ,in and out in half an hour. Good job

Called early to let us know what time he would be there. Was prompt and on time for us being at the house and was willing to wait for the appointment even though he was running early. He was a really nice guy. Really helpful. Only came away with one broken ankle after knocking some shelving plates onto me. Haha. Would definitely recommend Ryan W for the measure up. Thanks.

Ryan W was very professional. He came in to our home to take the measurement of our space and took time to explain the process. He took the measurements of all our space and we’ll be going in to create our design.
