S Weyman came out to measure for our bedroom furniture, what a lovely man. Really friendly, very professional, called ahead to check it was ok to come slightly earlier (which I was really happy about). He explained everything and next steps.

Absolutely appalled by the service we received from Wren Kitchens.
The first fitter sent out tried charging us for work/items that we had already purchased directly through Wren, which immediately made us lose confidence in the whole process. After requesting a different fitter, we were then left for 3 months with virtually no communication despite repeatedly chasing for updates ourselves.
Our designer continuously ignored messages and calls, and every complaint we attempted to raise was simply dismissed or shut down without any proper investigation or even a basic apology.
To make things worse, Wren supplied the wrong amount of flooring. Our fitter was at the house ready to work but couldn’t continue because the materials provided were incorrect. Even then, nobody could tell us when the replacement flooring would arrive, leaving us stuck and unable to move forward.
The entire experience has been stressful, unprofessional and incredibly disappointing. We spent a huge amount of money expecting a smooth service and instead have been met with poor communication, delays, and complete lack of accountability. I would seriously think twice before using Wren Kitchens.
I keep getting told that someone will be in contact with me to resolve the problem and yet no one ever does. I have been complaining since February 2026 and no one cares they just need to look they're doing as they should be! Absolutely disgraceful

I am in the process of having an extension done which is resulting in the need for a new kitchen. This has not been without a fair amount of stress and decision making with walls moving, measurements changing etc. I have visited every ktichen supplier locally and finally decided to opt for Wrens Kitchens. I have probably been their most testing customer to date with many changes made over a 3 week period. Mark and Fae have been patient, tolerant and professional throughout. I can not fault their customer service. I am due to take delivery of my kitchen at the end of May and I have no doubt it will be every bit as amazing as I hope for. I will leave another review after installation but i am confident it will be a 5 star one. People are very quick to leave bad reviews but seldom give feed back when service has been good.

Provided poor quality products and are not interested in resolving the issue for a customer who has spent thousands of pounds with them. Poor customer service and aftercare.

At one point the fitter was here and was meant to be getting it all finished but he did half a day's work then was called away to go and finish off for another customer who was kicking off. It's been a month since everything was delivered and still no end in sight, this is just some individual cupboards not a full kitchen. Wren even had the gall to ring up asking for feedback.
Would not recommend.

I have cognitive difficulties. Auriel has been excellent throughout the process. He has accommodated my difficulties, he has been understanding and made the stressful experience of designing a kitchen enjoyable. Auriel has been very patient and not put any pressure on me and been happy to work at my pace which has been invaluable.
Overall, it has been a really pleasant experience that has encouraged me to choose Wren and highly recommend them in the future. Auriel is a real credit to Wren and we cannot fault him.

We had a really positive experience with Wren and are really pleased with our kitchen.
From the experience with Shannon our designer at the Swindon store as well as Mark who answered a few queries whilst Shannon was on holiday, all the way to the fitting who was a very experienced fitter named Johnathan who’s attention to detail and overall quality of a work was fantastic.
I am really happy, and would highly recommend Wren for anyone who is looking for a new kitchen.

The surveyor supplied from Wren caused most of our issues.
Be aware they only provide what's called a 'non invasive measuring service'. Even though pipes could be seen either side of the cooker this was not accounted for, also the depth of the worktops were not measured even though they are visible, two sides were deeper than the other. Both of these errors resulted in a dishwasher and washing machine not fitting under the worktop. We had to fight for them to provide the correct size worktops and a cupboard to replace the dishwasher (as we had to get rid of it) that we could not keep due to their error. This caused delays as new parts needed to be ordered. Then the cooker hood and free standing cooker was not aligned and had to be moved to the right which resulted in a wire being exposed on the floor which was not visible before. They requested the kitchen fitter to make a raised cover for safety, it was a is terrible, I requested compensation to pay a carpenter to cover this but this was refused.
On a positive note, I love the kitchen but be very wary if using Wrens services, we thought we would be covered if there were any errors, but don't be fooled, you are not!

If you want a kitchen to last do some research and go elsewhere as after 8 years the cupboard doors are looking terrible as the white gloss is coming away from the door and cracking. Now they don’t supply that particular style anymore so I have to buy completely new units. Absolutely terrible.

Great experience with Ana in the showroom however for the 4th time using Wren it just goes wrong once the order has been placed. Not willing to take the risk again so had to cancel my order after months of planning and now at square 1 again.

Great experience from start to finish, sales, delivery, kitchen itself and after care. Could not fault any thing about it all. One small problem that was dealt with in an extremely satisfactory way.

Been without a fully working kitchen for 7 weeks, waiting for a replacement cabinet after the designer messed up. Cabinet has gone missing twice. It was promised for re-delivery today and yet again Wren have failed. I would never recommend Wren, my experience has been appalling.

I have a wren linea autograph in pencil grey. Lovely looking cabinets/cupboards however the build quality is awful. I have had to replace 8/9 of the doors so far due to delamination. Some of the replacements have started to delaminate too. I’ve only had the kitchen for 2 years. Wren stated they had fixed the problem but it’s evident that is just a lie.
If one more of the replacements goes I think I’ll be starting a section 75 charge back

Ordered a small kitchen for daughter
Excellent experience from sale to end fitting of worktop. We ordered flat pack cheaper range kitchen but the quality is really very high. Mistake made with size of worktop at design phase but quickly and expertly resolved. Highly recommend!

I'm still engaged with a complaint with wren. Go elsewhere and don't bother with this company. After sales is a complete joke. I am going to the Ombudsman and trading standards. There is a huge gap between my oven and combi oven which they say is normal. This is not normal as I sent them pictures from the show room which doesn't show gaps between their ovens. My designs don't show any gaps. There's gaps between the doors and larder unit. Which again they keep sending videos out saying this is how to adjust these. Thing is my installer is a Wren installer who installs for Wren on a weekly basis. He knows how to adjust the Wrens doors etc. This is not anything to do with adjusting doors. This is a design and manufacturing issue. After sales customer care team is useless. Everytime you speak with someone they tell you they will sort it and nothing gets done. Then I email in and every email is read by someone different so I get sent out generic responses rather than someone actually looking into my case. Most the doors for the kitchen arrived damaged so Wren had to resend these out which cost me time and money as had to take days off work to be in for these deliveries as well as my installer coming back to fit these. It's an absolute joke! I've requested for a site visit and they have asked me to send door measurements. What has door measurements got to do with a gap in my larder unit and a gap between my ovens. Get your kitchen somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.
Also you have lied about requesting information from trust pilot regarding my order. I haven't recieved a request. I have gone to the Ombudsman for the quality and damged kitchen and trading standard for a mis sold kitchen! You had many opportunities to help resolve this issue through your customer care team and instead have fobbed me off.
