Wrong Fuel Doctor Avis 

I could not have asked for a better service from Mario. He was excellent. He arrived as quickly as possible and fully explained what needed to be done. He was quick and efficient and fully explained to me what I needed to do to prevent further problems with the engine following my error in putting in the wrong fuel. 10 out of 10 to Mario. Much appreciated.

Mario was out to me within half an hour this morning.
He fixed my car and was really helpful and gave advice and options of what to do next.

When I rang Wrong Fuel Doctor on the 24/08/26 the agent was very helpful, and was reassuring regarding the issue.
This was dealt with extremely professionally and this morning the engineer turned up Mario was very polite, he talked through what he would be doing and was absolutely amazing.
He explained what needed to be done straight after.
He was a credit to your company.

The first 2 companies i called quoted £300 because i was lucky and they were in the area. The third call was to wrong fuel doctor who charged around half this and sent out a really calm and helpful Polish engineer who was fantastic.

Fantastic and very professional service. Made the call, which was answered very swiftly, after I added unleaded to the diesel van, 20 mins later a very courteous chap was at the door, asked a few questions and said he would need 30 mins to sort out. All done in that time. Brilliant company to deal with.

Mario was great. Turned up promptly as agreed, explained every step of the process which he completed efficiently and with no mess. Payment at the end by bank transfer was very straightforward.
