Well obviously I put the wrong fuel in my car and was very stressed and I found this company online
When I phoned the bloke who answered was very calm, took all my details and told me the full process and a rough guide price for when the technician turned up and was told he would be around 30-40 minutes
Mario turned up after about half an hour and explained the whole process and kept me updated all the way through, explained everything as he was going and was very calming, respectful and polite all the way through

I made the unfortunate mistake of filling my diesel car with petrol, and Mario was an absolute lifesaver. From the moment I called him, he was calm, professional, and incredibly reassuring. He knew exactly what to do, arrived quickly, and took care of everything, draining the tank, flushing the system, and making sure the car was safe to drive again.

What could have been a stressful and expensive day turned into a smooth fix thanks to his expertise and positive attitude. Mario went above and beyond, explaining each step clearly and making sure I felt confident before getting back on the road.

Mario came around to sort out our miss fueled up car.
I was at work but explained everything what he was going to do and what needed to be done to the wife. She said he was really informative told her every different step that needed to be done. Plus explained that we might get a bit of smoke for the next couple of days due to the engine cleaner used. She said to him it was nice to meet you but hope we don't see you again 😊 but you never know. Everyone makes a mistake we're only human.

I had a man called lukas come out to me after putting the wrong fuel in. He came within a timely manor, tried to make me stop feeling guilty. Was kind, polite and made sure I knew what I was doing before he left

Chap arrived within time frame having rung a few mins earlier to let us know he was almost there. Was super friendly and helpful, great service and very efficient. He drained the tank and then completely refilled it for me. Fabulous. Hopefully we won’t need him again - but never say never, so if and when we do I will definitely use these people again.

Lucas came out just before the agreed time. Called a few minutes before arrival to confirm that he almost with us. Happy smiley guy who explained everything he was going to do and reassured me.
