Xfire Avis 

Appalling company. I bought tickets for a concert over six months ago through parent company XFP Concerts Ltd. That concert was then cancelled with no reason given (as it seems is the trend as they’ve done it with numerous events) and I was never issued a refund. I have also filed a complaint with Trading Standards. It seems like this company is just a big scam - creating fake concerts which then get cancelled and never refunding people’s money. Stay away!!!

Poor communication, followed by being ignored then no refund given within the time period promised.

I would strongly warn people to stay away from xfire.live and their parent company XFP Concerts Ltd. They took nearly £1,000 from me for an event that they then cancelled, and more than a month later I am still waiting for my refund.

I have sent multiple emails and refund requests and have got nowhere. Instead of returning money promptly after cancelling the event themselves, they told me it could take 45 days. Frankly, I do not believe them.

Taking a customer’s money, cancelling the event, and then dragging out the refund process for weeks is completely unacceptable. The communication has been poor, the handling has been disgraceful, and the whole experience has destroyed any trust.

At this point, I am looking at alternative ways to recover my money. Based on my experience, I would not book with xfire.live again and would strongly advise others to think twice before giving them any money

A software that you can use aswell as gamespy.

Xfire is amazing, the program could be better.

Some games it doesn't support like DiRT 2 ingame and there are offcourse many other games.

When you like write something with your friends opens a game your chatbox is empty ingame. Why that? Steam ingame doesn't do that :)
