Beautiful jewelry and excellent customer service
Having bought a beautiful pendant and chain from YJC I experienced a minor issue with the clasp. After contacting YJC the issue was dealt with in a professional, courteous and timely manner. I am very pleased with how the matter was resolved. I would definitely recommend this company.

Perfect 👌
Visited Whitby recently, didn’t know much about ‘Whitby Jet’ gemstone until I was walking through the town. It was full of shops selling all sorts of jewellery, asking a few questions along the way, I was intrigued.
Wanted a small pair of cross earrings, non of the local shops had the size I wanted, looked up ‘The Yorkshire Jewellery’ company and they had exactly what I needed.
Ordered swiftly and the arrived the day we got home from our trip up to Yorkshire.
So pleased with them, look fantastic, very well made. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Not value for money
I advise that you carefully check product dimensions before you buy.
I complained about my disappointing necklace ( it was the size of half my thumb nail, more like a small charm for a bracelet) but was just referred to dimensions on the website. The product images are very misleading.
Returned for refund and I won’t be shopping here again.

Such a credit to jewellery makes this company is! I love their unique items and I am proudly wearing them. Past 2 years I have purchased several items and in particular silver jewellery with Whitby jet and the level of care, service and dispatch, are just outstanding.

Simple elegant design product at an affordable price. I had a minor issue with the product when it arrived, but was able to return it to the workshop and get it back by express post, all organised by YJC. Definitely use them again.

Bought a chain for a friends birthday and it arrived the next day. Great quality but wrong size. Talked to customer service and they were quick, friendly and direct. Immediately sent a new one and let me keep the old as an apology. Fantastic experience buying from them!
