Great service, beautiful jewellery!
Ordered a pair of Whitby Jet earrings yesterday, they have arrived this morning. I’m so happy with the quality, they are beautiful and unique. The earrings were beautifully packaged in tissue and the box is a lovely quality. I would not hesitate to use this company again, great service!

Not worth the money.
Bought a necklace, bracelet and earrings set which cost quite a lot of money. The set was gorgeous but over time the stones have fallen out, Sent the first item back for the stone to be replaced. Now more have fallen out due to the fact they are only taped in! For the price I paid, I'd expect a little more quality. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Customer service isn't that great either, once they have your money they don't really care!

I received my order promptly, but unfortunately I realised the chain was too small, and when I rang to explain the problem, I was refunded without any problem after I sent the item back.

Good quality products
Good quality products. Seem to keep low stock of some items which was disappointing as I wanted two the same as gifts but this wasn’t possible. Very nice packaging and information card. Quick delivery. Products slightly over priced.
