Purchased an engagement ring
Purchased an engagement ring. Great service from the owners. I put them under considerable time pressure to have it ready in time for a holiday, and they rose to the challenge. It needed resizing, which they handled competently and speedily.
Would recommend.

I was looking for a special birthday gift for my friend and found the perfect necklace here its absolutely beautiful.
I’d messages to ask about packaging , and had a lovely prompt reply which was so good . I’d ordered the necklace and I’ve found the perfect gift , beautifully packaged and in a box and tissue paper . We will most definitely shop her again , and recommend you . Definitely 5 stars .

Jet black studs
These are the first studs I've bought,im male 63. Just had my ears pierced primarily because i thought the jet black studs looked so cool! Liked how company gives history of jet etc.Arrived promptly,& look great.They extremely competitive compared with other suppliers.Only downfall have wait six to eight weeks with retainers...

Excellent customer service
Having initially used YJC to get my watch serviced and repaired It lead to me having a number of conversations with both Rob & Tom regarding other watches within their range, 1 or 2 of which I was very interested in. After a couple of chats I decided to part exchange my old watch & cash for a lovely Tissot powermatic watch. At all times throughout my dealings with both the guys I never felt I was under any pressure and was given time to decide on what was best for me. Brilliant service from YJC, I am sure I will be frequenting the store again.
