Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they get resolved that matters
Have used them before with no issue. Good value, as ordered and prompt.
However this time we made a mistake on the sizing of two items in our order, and within 30 mins of receiving the order confirmation email we flagged it and asked for a change. We got no reply, and followed up a few days later. No reply again.
Just had the delivery, and it reflects the original order and not the changes.
Yes, my mistake at the start, but I looked to rectify it straight away, and certainly before any production was started. Really frustrated.
Update: great levels of engagement with Alex from yoursecuritysign and things fully resolved.

After investigating this with our sales team, they have advised me that your email correspondence was sent to a 'No Reply' email address. The 3rd was then eventually picked up and sent to our sales team and my colleague then spoke to you yesterday about this.
We are currently reviewing our 'No Reply' email procedure so hopefully in the future these situations like this, don't happen.

I ordered signs and fixing kits
I ordered signs and fixing kits, only signs arrived, I put in a call to them, two days latter the fixing kits turned up, by the way the signed are very good quality.
