Our desktop hard drive crashed. Xytron we’re recommended by a friend.
Took the drive to their premises in Rotherwas and found them very approachable and helpful. Bought a new replacement SSD drive and delivered to Xytron. Most of our data including all 70,000 plus of my photographs were recovered, for which I am extremely grateful. Excellent service.

A great job getting all my data back after disk suddenly became unrecognisable. It turned out that it was a firmware issue so no actual corruption but Xytron got everything back. I opted to ftp the data down which, as you would expect, took 2 days but you have other options. The up front quote was good as it told me what the cost was likely to be which means you can evaluate whether or not you value that particular data enough to warrant the expense before sending the drive to them. All in all an excellent service.

I would recommend Xytron in the strongest terms to anyone looking to have their data recovered. I literally could not be happier with my dealings with them and the result.

I contacted Xytron about the recovery of a completely inaccessible 1tb hard disk that had dramatically failed and was literally invisible to the bios. I spoke to one of their experts, who was friendly and helpful, and arranged to drop-off the drive at a convenient time for me. By the end of the same day they had diagnosed the problem and provided a very reasonable quote for the recovery and cloning of the drive.

By 15:30 the following day I had a full clone of the disk on an solid state drive, which, upon reinstallation into my machine, immediately worked perfectly.

They were extremely helpful, dealt with the matter quickly, clearly knew what they were doing, were strong in terms of communication, clear about prices, and made what would otherwise have been a very stressful period of time vastly easier from the moment I was in contact with them.

I am very pleased with the service given by Xytron Data Recovery. I had a hard drive failure, leaving me without system backups, sensitive work documents, and many personal files. The files were recovered and delivered to me via FTP within 2-3 weeks of posting them the drive. As far as I can tell ALL of the 1Tb of files have been recovered and I could not be happier with the service. OK, it's not a cheap service, but data recovery never is cheap. It is worth the money when you consider the peace of mind in recovering your files. You pay for what you get... and Xytron are the best, in my experience.
