Fantastic service from this company. They recovered my data from a dead external hard drive, and even a folder that I thought I had lost for good! Customer service was brilliant too, with regular updates and progress reports. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Studio Fire
A studio fire meant all my work and computers were destroyed. A small external hard drive was recovered but it was badly damaged. Richard and the team were able to recover all the data from that small device - over 15 years worth of work. I couldn't be more pleased. Life saver.

Amazing!
I was given the Xytron Data Recovery name when it was found my laptop hard drive was not working. A phone call made,
an email with information received on what could be done , spoke again to Richard. So helpful! Sent off my hard drive and a memory stick , another email. Yes all my files could be retrieved. I was sent a list of my files. I rang to pay. It's not cheap, but you can't put a price on memories lost. 2 weeks from my phone call to receiving my memory stick. It's a fantastic company which I can't recommend highly enough!

Very happy with the service from Xytron who recovered my data from a hard drive that had stopped spinning. Communication and service were efficient and I was kept regularly informed of progress. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the final cost was higher than what was quoted. Think this may have been partly down to miscommunication around additional cost of VAT. This is a minor point though. I was very happy to get all my data back. Would use Xytron again.

Excellent service from Xytron Data Recovery throughout; free diagnostics service whereby the team were quickly able to identify the fault and provide a quote, then communication throughout the process was clear and regular updates were provided including a full inventory of the files available for recovery. Team were really helpful, honest and provided rapid, full file recovery (almost 3TB of invaluable family photos) despite a collection of physical issues on a notoriously unreliable model of Seagate HDD; I can’t recommend highly enough!

Many thanks for taking time to review the recent data recovery service we provided on your liquid damaged hard drive.
The team are especially pleased to recover all of your data, which was over 400GB. Given the failure of the hard drive, which as you know, was knocked into a bowl of water and left there for many hours unbeknown to you, when your pet knocked it off a desk.
On inspection in our clean room, it was discovered that water had seeped inside the disk causing component damage to the head stack assembly, PCB, the firmware also required repair.
Many companies would not have been able to recover this HDD due to the severity of the failure, however we invested the resources required to achieve the result you required.

After my hard drive dropped on the floor I lost access to every photo and every document I had created since 2004! I stupidly didnt have back ups. Richard was very professional, I sent him my broken hard drive and he saved my life by recovering everything and sending me it back on a new hard drive within a week. He kept me up to date with progress. Everything was in the same order, and the same folders as on the broken hard drive. If your data recovery is crucial to you, I highly recommend Xytron Data Recovery.

When my hard drive crashed I was…
When my hard drive crashed I was aghast. All my work, inspired dictation, personal memories and writings disappeared. I was acceptance but really wanted the material back. Richard at Xytron Data Recovery in Hereford knew straight away the situation and was empathetic. Like a hospital surgery they set about the operation keeping me informed as the work progressed. I couldn't have asked for more in terms of professionalism and or understanding. In the end it was a 100& retrieval with, as muted, a sprinkle of kindness added for good measure. It cost a bit but hey I couldn't put a price on what I now have before me. Brilliant! 5 stars! Mark.
