A description of excellence
I sent off my hard drive to richard and his team where he managed to repair and recover 100% of the pictures that were thought lost forever .he kept me well informed every step of the way what the costs and process that he was using to the end where I recieved all my data on a storage device. The whole process was done quickly and effortlessly and I would highly recommend richard to anybody with any hard drive issues.

Excellent results
Excellent results, excellent customer interaction on my blown SSD drive, Everything lost according to two other Data / PC recovery companies i took it to prior to Xytron.
These guys got it all back, honest upfront advice, & no charge to take a look see if it could be done. There maybe others who can do it, but these guys got the job done with no fuss and no flannel. Would 100% recommend them.

Xytron provided good service in data recovery
Xytron managed to recover the majority of my data following a sudden hard drive failure which left me unable to access anything on my PC.. They identified the problem, were clear about the solution and provided a straightforward way for me to access the recovered files. They then took action to find further data that I identified as lost after the initial recovery. Good communication and service throughout the process, huge relief to get my irreplaceable data back.

Reliable, worth every penny
Reliable, very professional. It is rather expensive but how much are your old pictures, your memories worth?
Lessons learned, do not rely on a hard drive use cloud services to back up your data.

My husband found an article in a magazine advertising the Xytron Data Recovery Service, so I contacted them for the clean room service. I was kept updated throughout with friendly, yet very professional and regular emails. At a time when I thought I had lost all of my data/photos for good, Xytron were able to retrieve 100% of my data, which was returned to me on a new USB hard drive a week later. An exemplary first class service from start to finish.

failed SSD drive - data recovery
Richard has been very good at explaining the different options I had for recovering data from a failed SSD drive. He kept in touch throughout the process and patiently answered any questions. The final costs were on the high end, but it was a mechanical failure and data recovery was nearly 100% so cannot complain at all. Data download from their FTP server afterwards was no trouble at all.
