My experience with Y-Axis is in Dubai
My experience with Y-Axis is in Dubai, Emirates Tower was very poor. They guided me wrongly throughout the entire process by giving me a wrong option to choose which is beyond my profession. When I requested to stop the process and asked for refund they refused and approved for conversion in AED of 1,950.00. My payment to them was in BHD and they refused in return of BHD and agreed the conversion only in AED. This is their game to use another service. They sent me an email asking to use other service. However, it’s my decision to continue with them or not but they are forcing the candidate to do so. Hereby I have totally lost my trust in them and dis satisfied with their service. Moreover, they should not force the candidates and should be flexible to balance when the fault is completely from their side. I strongly feel they are tricking people with their false advice with no outcome.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. They charged a large amount of money claiming they would help find a sponsored job, but most of the jobs they applied for were basic entry-level roles with no mention of sponsorship at all. They kept sending lists of companies instead of actual sponsored opportunities. I did not receive a single interview call through their service. When I requested a refund because the service was not aligned with what was promised, they refused. Please be careful before paying and do proper research first.

I had poor experience
I had poor experience. They misguide to get money. They did not inform me about the limitations of getting job in Singapore. Not even one call I got. Instead had I used linked in , atleast one job call i wd get my applying myself. Total waste of money . They hv no idea how international markets work. ⚠️ Formal Complaint Review for Y-Axis…
I would like to raise a serious complaint regarding my experience with Y-Axis Dubai and also make other people aware before they invest their hard-earned money with this company.
I registered with Y-Axis Dubai in October 2024 after being referred by my sister. Ms. Fatima Awais, who introduced herself as a Team Leader – Immigration Consultant and Client Case Specialist, contacted me and strongly convinced me to proceed with Australian immigration. Before payment, she was extremely active, friendly, and highly persuasive. She made many promises, gave detailed explanations, and built trust by speaking in a very personal and supportive way.
Although I had concerns regarding the company’s policies, I trusted her words and paid the full amount upfront, even though payment was originally planned in installments.
Unfortunately, immediately after payment, my case was transferred to another consultant (Jennifer), despite my clear request that Fatima herself should handle my case because I had made the payment based on trust in her.
From October 2024 to April 2025, I struggled through the documentation process almost entirely on my own. I eventually received a positive skill assessment in April 2025, but the company provided very limited actual support. Most of the work—preparing documents, arranging paperwork, and managing requirements—had to be done by me.
Their role was mainly limited to telling me which documents were required and asking me to upload them. Even document samples, guidance, and required formats are already available on official immigration and assessment websites. This raises a serious question: if most of these services and document samples are already publicly available online, then why are clients paying such a huge consultancy fee?
Additionally, I was asked by Jennifer to provide a review earlier in the process. At that time, I gave a positive review in good faith, hoping it would encourage them to put more effort into handling my case. Unfortunately, the level of service did not improve after that.
Now, almost one year has passed. I have attempted the PTE exam twice, but my score is still not sufficient. If the required immigration points do not increase, then what does that mean for clients like us? Does it mean that all our money—including government fees and the large consultancy charges paid to Y-Axis—will simply be lost?
This is a major concern. If Y-Axis claims to be a professional and registered immigration consultancy, they should provide proper alternative options and practical solutions for clients instead of leaving them alone after payment. They should have professional contacts, employer connections, or other pathways to help clients move forward, rather than offering no support when the process becomes difficult.
The most disappointing part is the lack of communication after payment. I contacted Fatima Awais many times through calls and messages regarding my concerns, but she rarely responded and usually ignored calls. The support after payment was completely different from the promises made before payment.
I strongly feel that I paid a very high amount for services that I could have managed myself. This experience has been stressful, disappointing, and financially frustrating.
I request Y-Axis Dubai management to review my case seriously, provide proper support, explain why clients are charged such high fees when most of the work is left to them, and offer realistic alternative solutions instead of silence.
I also want other people to be aware: please think carefully before trusting verbal promises and making full payment in advance.

Total fraud company - Y Axis
Total fraud company. Completely unreliable for visa process for job migration to Australia. First their sales person lies to you that Visa is easy to get given your background. Then once they get initial amounts for filing applications, they contact person is totally unhelpful. They don't share any important updates to expedite your visa grant nor do they respond very easily. Don't go by their positive ratings, they are paid or written by their own teams. Complete fraud!
