12 Weeks of Services — Not a Single Interview, Only Negligent Errors
When I approached Y-Axis, I was assured that my profile was strong and that I had very high chances of securing a sponsored job. While I fully understand that no consultancy can guarantee employment, I expected professional, high-quality services after paying a significant amount. Unfortunately, the services delivered were substandard, careless, and highly unprofessional.
Despite investing over a lakh, I did not receive a single interview, which clearly reflects the quality of work delivered.
Key issues I faced:
Strategy Report: The so-called strategy report appeared to be a generic, system-generated document with no practical or tailored insights.
Resume Writing: The resume contained illogical elements, including an unnecessarily long 5+ line summary and incorrect claims about “international standards.”
Cover Letter: Completely generic and ineffective, offering no real value or customization.
LinkedIn Optimization: My LinkedIn profile was already well-structured. Only minimal, generic suggestions were provided, with no meaningful improvement.
13 Weeks of Marketing (Most Disappointing Part):
Zapping Strategy: Entire cover letters were copy-pasted into email bodies as one long paragraph and sent under a common subject line (“Application for Financial Analyst position”), often without even checking whether the role was open. This issue continued for weeks despite being repeatedly highlighted.
Job Applications: Applications were made to clearly unsuitable roles—short-term contracts, USA-based jobs (despite my requirement being the UK), and roles explicitly stating no sponsorship available. There was not a single error-free week.
Hotlist Marketing: I was periodically sent lists of companies where my profile was allegedly shared, but there was zero transparency, no feedback, and no results.
Portal Registration: Basic errors were repeatedly made, including incorrect gender, wrong address, and even marking that sponsorship was not required, which directly harmed my applications.
This is only a summary—the full list of issues is much longer and has already been shared with Y-Axis along with screenshots and evidence.
After all this, I was offered a refund of less than 30%, solely for remaining unused services. After submitting all evidence proving the poor quality of service, they still refuse the remaining refund, using ''the agreement'' and the “no job guarantee” as an excuse. This raises a serious question: Are all the errors, negligence, and unprofessional practices mentioned above considered acceptable and representative of quality services?
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering Y-Axis to thoroughly evaluate their claims versus the actual service delivery. My experience was deeply disappointing and not worth the amount paid.

Fraud
Fraud : beware with their scam and marketing tactics.
I had paid them 70k for Visa immigration services and finding job opportunities in Canada, Ireland and Australia. But I had nothing in hand followed by their agents job over my profile.
I’ll not recommend Y-Axis for any service as they are running a scam with paid campaigns and false reviews and testimonials to attract people and trust them for their services.

If you think Y-Axis provides good service, you are free to try it yourself. But when your money is wasted, don’t say you were not warned.
My advice is this: if you ever see someone planning to buy Y-Axis services, warn them and tell them to stay away before they lose their money. It’s better to spend that money on a one-night celebration than to waste it on Y-Axis with no results.

Service was really bad, on the phone call big promises made but delivery was pathetic, very generic service, not person centered at all...waste of money. Wouldn't recommend...save yourselves from these sites. They will claim they did this and did that...but i was monitoring the mails and there was just generic repeated mails, no efforts were really made , no communication.

Y-Axis job search is mostly spam. Out of 100 profiles, hardly 1–2 even get noticed, and even then no interviews are scheduled. There are no real job applications or employer follow-ups. The service is completely useless. I lost my money (₹70,000). I am from Chennai. If you still want to go ahead with them, God bless you.

Extremely Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Money
My experience with Y-Axis has been extremely disappointing. There are no timely updates, and I constantly have to follow up for even the smallest issues. For a paid service, this level of responsiveness is unacceptable.
Every time I had a discussion with their team, I was the one writing the MOM because nothing was documented or followed up from their side. They make commitments on calls but never put the same in email, which creates confusion and zero accountability.
During the sales stage, I was assured that I would get an additional 2 weeks of benefits once I finalized the service. Later I realized that it was just a sales tactic, and the commitment was never honored. It felt misleading.
Despite charging a very high fee, the service quality is far below expectations — honestly, not even worth INR 100. There is no structure, no proactive support, and no ownership from the team.
Overall, it has been a complete waste of money and time, especially when every day is critical for someone actively job hunting.

I am here to share my horrible experience with Y-Axis,
around month of august, we simply did the inquirey regarding skilled worker immigration. they suggested australia will be the best choice for you and took INR 4000+ for aseesssment, after assessment they suggested to take full service from them and continuously calling to start process with INR 2,25,000 quotation. person was continuously calling from their side, half of the amount i paid INR 94,000 and just after the payment i decided not to move forward and not signed any agreemnet or didn't take any service, they promise for full refund.
from last 3 months i am asking for refund, still not received a single rupee from their side.
initially for payment continuously they were calling but after payment they stop picking my call, multiple mails i send but nothing happened, just getting reply 'we are checking with team',
i dont know from last 3 months what they are checking
be arware of this this fraud!!!!!

Worst service. Once you pay forget about your service and any support from them. They will start humiliating you and will not responsd back. If you try to reach to their senior to escalate they will listen your story , commit you to get back that will never happen. This is very worst service of the world.

She said that, She won't be able to understand my documents and she was continued to asking some other documents, that i don't have in my hand.
Then, I got an other consultant Mr. VIJAY KUMAR (Hyderabad) from Y- AXIS.
He was asking some more documents from my previous companies like , SALARY CERTIFICATES ( not salary slip) , BONAFIED CERTIFICATE, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CERTIFICATE.
Actually, I am not able to get any information from my previous working companies. They are not going to provide more documents regarding my previous employments.
I am not able to provide Above certificates. Then, Mr. VIJAY KUMAR ( consultant) and Mr. VIJAY KORADI ( PROCESS MANAGER) said that, without those documents they can't step forward my AUSTRALIA PR process..
They did not start yet my document process.
So, I decided to stop my process literally.

Non-Refunding the amount
I am extremely disappointed with Y-Axis Overseas. I made the first payment for PR services, but due to a medical emergency, I immediately requested a refund within a few hours of payment. No process was started, no documents were signed, and no service was provided, yet Yaxis is refusing to refund my money.
Instead of resolving the issue, they keep dragging the matter with unnecessary emails and forcing unwanted options like credit notes or putting the case on hold - none of which are useful or acceptable in my situation. Their customer service has been very poor, unhelpful, and unprofessional throughout the process. This review doesnt even deserve 1 star.
I have been following up continuously but still no refund. This experience has caused a lot of stress during my recovery period.
I want Y-Axis to refund my money immediately without any further delay.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before making any payment to Y-Axis.
