They promised a 5% refund if the visa gets rejected. Now after my visa got rejected they are not replying to the refund requests. The service was also not good.

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, who has gone through an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Y-Axis. This company has completely misled him and engaged in unethical practices. They charged him nearly ₹1 lakh and even made him spend an additional 500 AUD unnecessarily, without providing the promised service or any real value.
Despite several follow-ups and a detailed discussion with their team, Y-Axis failed to take responsibility for their actions. My husband clearly informed them that he would not be continuing with their services and requested a refund along with compensation for the financial and time losses he has suffered. However, their public response completely misrepresented the facts — twisting his statements to make it appear otherwise. This is highly unfair and misleading.
Adding to the disappointment, Y-Axis even removed his genuine review from Google Maps — which seems like a deliberate attempt to suppress honest customer feedback. Such deceptive communication and lack of transparency are unacceptable from a company claiming to be a trusted immigration consultant.
As a family, we are deeply disappointed with Y-Axis’s conduct and lack of professionalism. Based on our experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and not fall for their misleading promises or sales tactics.

I had a highly disappointing and distressing experience with Y-Axis. This company has engaged in completely misleading and unethical practices. They charged me nearly ₹1 lakh and made me spend an additional 500 AUD unnecessarily, without providing the promised service or value.
After raising my concerns and having a discussion with their team, I clearly stated that I am not proceeding with them and have demanded a refund along with compensation for the losses I incurred. However, their public response was completely misleading and twisted from what was actually discussed. This is nothing but an attempt to misguide potential customers and cover up their actions.
To make matters worse, Y-Axis even removed my genuine review from Google Maps — an obvious move to suppress negative feedback and control their public image. Such deceptive and unethical communication reflects poorly on their integrity as an organization.

Scammers with Fake promises
Scammers with Fake promises. I availed their premium job search services 2024 Oct in which the agent promised that they have contacts with HR's in there who will make sure Iam placed. I had neraly 6 years of experience in finance and they told me that i had a strong resume as well.
Paid 75k Rupees to avail their services and they proceeded to ghost me for 2 months post purchase stating its the end of year and there wont be any recruitments.
Now its been 1 year and I havent got a single invite from any recruiters. They are just scammers, Stay away from them.

Mixed reviews turning negative with time
I’ve noticed several stories shared by Y-Axis Consultancy about Germany Opportunity Card and visa approvals. However, my personal experience was quite different. I had opted for both visa assistance and job assistance services, but my journey was far from smooth.
Despite being informed that the visa process would take around 1.5 to 2 months, it took nearly 10 months and still in process, and there are long delays even after submitting my passport. Additionally, the job assistance service did not lead to any interview opportunities However, the service did not lead to any interview opportunities. I was later informed that interviews are only arranged if there are existing requirements from employers, which was not clearly communicated at the start.
I’m sharing this to provide a balanced perspective for others considering these services and to highlight the importance of transparency and realistic timelines in such processes.

very bad exprerience
i thought y axis is a reputed consulatancy and started consultation,
initially they took inr 4000+ charges for my profile evaluation and shared quotation for further process,
they gave payment option in 2 installments, after paying 1 installment INR 94000, i decided not to process and not signed any agreement, from last 2 months i am waiting for my refund multiple time i called them and requested, from last few days they stopped picking call as well,
its a horrible experience
at the time of payment from me multiple times they were calling in a day but after that my experience became worst.
Be careful before payment.
i hope i will get my refund soon because i have not taken any service or not signed any agreement with them,
no reason is there not to refund.

I started the process with them in july..the only service till which they were in prompt were assistace in verification of documents and qualifications. Apart from this resume was built but job search team stopped replying after August. Now it's October and after repeated mails and whatsapp messages, not even a single person is replying or contacting.I had to book my ielts and thus start my coaching for which I have paid altogether in july yet now they are silent. I don't know what to do now! I feel like I made a mistake by trusting on the search results that they are amongst the best. I have posted a review before also,which was positive.
