We are a business which has been built on experience and knowledge, with many years behind our staff what is unique about Y-our Network Group Ltd is our pride in what we do. We provide a full solution giving our customers connectivity, top of the range technology in our telephone systems, mobile and much more, but to support this is our level of service and customer care. Personal contact and relationships is better than a robot or being treated like you don’t matter. With Y-our Network Group everyone matters. What is Y-our network is our priority.

A guy called Miles called and his mannerism was very rude - there are proper ways of asking to speak to a person and ending a call properly - this person does not do the company any good.!
IGNORANT & DAMN RUDE.!!!!!!!

Excellent experience from start to…

Excellent experience from start to finish. Justin guided me through all our options and ensured everything was clear and straightforward, no pressure, just professional advice he helped tailor the setup to exactly match our business needs, making the transition easy.

The phones perform perfectly, and any small teething issues were sorted quickly by Kirstie and Saffron. All around outstanding customer service. I highly recommend your network group!

Very professional and helpful service

Very professional and helpful service. Kirstie responds to queries very promptly, and engineers are on call to fix any issues should they arise. We switched to Y-our Network from a previous supplier and transition was smooth and they advised us through the process.

Best phone and internet service we have ever had. 18 months in and still never gone down!
Very competitive price wise and nothing is to

Dishonest, avoid at all costs

This company is completely dishonest. DO NOT TOUCH THEM!

They were supposed to settle our previous contract but didn't. We had to settle it ourselves before legal action was taken against us leaving us out of pocket by £8k.

Also Set up Direct Debits without our knowledge.

Then made up some fictitious amount of money we owed them to 'credit us' when we went to the ombudsman. They are complete crooks.

Kirstie was helpful, Justin completely unprofessional and dishonest.

Great customer service

Great customer service - very fast and helpful responses from Kirstie if we have any questions or issues. It feels like a very personal service. The initial set up also went much more smoothly than any of our previous switches and the few tweaks we needed were quickly implemented. The admin interface requires a bit of a learning curve but it gives me access to change lots of useful little things without waiting ages for someone else to do it (as with our previous supplier 4Com).

We recently moved our telecoms system and broadband over to Y-our Network Group, and from the very start they have been fantastic to deal with.
The team came in, took the time to properly understand our business, and gave us a real boost in terms of both confidence and capability. They did not just replace what we had, they helped us understand how to level up our professionalism and make better use of a modern telecoms system that actually supports how we work.
A special mention has to go to Will. His support has been absolutely unmatched, and he has been a huge part of how smooth and positive the whole experience has been. He is incredibly knowledgeable, always on hand when needed, and has such an easy going, approachable personality that working with him has been a genuine pleasure, to the point where we have actually become friends along the way.
Everything was clearly explained, the transition was seamless, and the ongoing support has been excellent. Highly recommended.

Very responsive customer service

We are really pleased we moved to Y-our Network Group. They are very hands on and responsive - so much better than our previous supplier. Will and Kirstie were great. Both replied very quickly to any questions I had throughout the process and Kirstie helped us get everything set up exactly as we wanted it. I like the fact we have access to the settings via their portal, so we can manage lots of things ourselves if we want to. The engineer Scott was thorough and helpful too. We would definintely recommend them.

So far so so so good

I recently had a new business phone system installed, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Scott, the engineer who handled the installation, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was set up perfectly. He went above and beyond to ensure I understood how to use the new system and made the whole process seamless.

A big shout-out to Will as well, who met with me at the office to walk me through the options and helped me select the best system for our needs. His knowledge and customer service were top-notch, and he made the decision-making process so easy.

Both Scott and Will were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend this company for their excellent team and service!

A Breath of Fresh Air

A Breath of Fresh Air, Moving from a sub-par provider its nice to to be able to get issues and questions answered in hours rather than days, Support is contactable on the phone rather than waiting for a callback and a few teething issues with our system set up was sorted with in 30 mins unlike over a day on the previous supplier. Would be happy to recommend to other companies.

Great in the beginning....

Very persuasive and professional.
The service from Kirstie was great, However trying to leave the service has proven to be difficult and they have set up and taken additional direct debits without my permission. After receiving a few different invoices with different amounts concerning termination fees, I've had to resort to seeking legal advice on how to tackle this issue. The terms and conditions are cleverly confusing and unclear, which has left room for dispute. Be careful when dealing with these people as they are another typical comms company that feel like they can do as they please.

From a nightmare to a dream.

After a nightmare experience with a previous provider, I feel happy to have Y-our Network as our new comms company. A special mention to Kirstie who responds quickly, effeciently, and ensures our service is as we would want it to be. And also to Justin and Richard, who made sure that planning and install delivered everything we needed right at the start.

When we have experienced faults, not that there have been many, Y-our Network has delivered and got things back up and running as soon as possible, ensuring our organisation has a telecoms system we can rely on.

A breath of fresh air in a crowded market. Well done, Y-our Network.

Great service from Y-our Network Group Ltd. We decided to leave another company after awful service and ridiculous charges. I am so pleased to have found a telecoms service provider that actually say what they'll do and are trustworthy! Highly recommend moving over to Y-our Network if you are thinking of changing providers. Kirstie has been quick to respond to anything we ask. Great service.

Would recommend

Left a different company after dreadful service and I do not regret it. The team have been contactable, dedicated to helping and friendly.
I am very happy so far with everything.

Delivery, install and follow up all as promised.

The delivery and install has gone very smoothly and I am not regretting engaging Y-our Network to take over as our telecoms service provider. I have been impressed with the prompt replies from Kirstie and the expertise of Richard in answering any queries and resolving on site unexpected issues. Definitely a 5 star service!

To have eventually found a comms…

To have eventually found a comms company that sticks to their word is a blessing. Y-our network group have been honest from the start , but more importantly they are reliable. In particular our point of contact Kirstie from YN is always at the end of a phone or email and responds to our queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner . Well done YN and especially Kirstie for giving us faith in a comma company again. Thanks and keep up the good work
