Good and reliable customer service
Yes bebe customer service is always good and quick to respond. Delivery is usually fairly speedy and reliable. My daughter loves the products too.

Delivery quick but damage to item.
Packet for Yoto cards was squashed on arrival, would have returned if I had time before my daughters birthday. Only the most expensive delivery option states processing time before being sent out which makes things unclear, I chose the same day processing and next day delivery and it did arrive the next day which was good.

Because we don't use third parties or have zero hour contracts, we have a fixed workforce and we can't always predict exactly how fast things will be. Poor quality
I purchased this item for my daughters birthday I was extremely disappointed with the sizing and how much it costs for what I actually received. The item has shedder all over my babies clothes. It’s made from poor quality material and is far too small.

Quick and fast delivery!
Quick and fast delivery, I tend to pay via Klarna now as it’s quick and easy in case of a refund so was glad that this was an option. Opened the item and it was excellent so paid straight away. Will definitely use this site again.
