Great colours great service

Delivery was quick and the paint quality is outstanding. We planned on using the Passionate Lilac for a feature wall but we loved it so much we painted the whole room with it. It dries beautifully and we’re always getting complimented on it. Will definitely order again and recommend to friends.

Bought the Electric Blue to paint an IKEA Billy Bookcase.

Looks utterly, utterly amazing. And a great back drop to stage lime green, red, orange and yellow glass items.

Love it! Loads of compliments from friends, too.

I signed up to the 10 minute paint consultation with Emily, who was absolutely fantastic.
I was really confused as to what colours to try in my kitchen, and she was so patient and helpful and by the end we had come up with an amazing palette of colours.
The paint colours are so unique and the best part is knowing what colours pair well together.
I couldn’t recommend these guys more! Thank you so much

I would like to say yescolours are a good and decent company but my experience with them has been far from satisfactory.
I ordered 5 litres of paint from them and was emailed a delivery date of the 13th-14th of March.i never received my order, I waited till the 18th of March to email them only to be told
"The order was shipped but the courier have confirmed that this was damaged in transit and disposed of. With this in mind, we will issue a replacement order out on the fastest possible shipping method."
So i waited, a week went by and I received my order.. unfortunately my order was 1 litre light.. I had to email them again and was told..

"After looking into this right away, I can see that our fulfilment team flagged a system error with two colours, one being the Joyful Pink included in your order. Unfortunately, a glitch caused our website to sell a higher quantity than what was available in stock. As a result, we still owe you an additional pouch, but regrettably this won't be issued until our restock arrives.

The estimated restock date is 4th April, which we completely understand is a longer wait than we’d like.

To make up for the inconvenience, I’d be happy to offer you a few options:

Wait for the Restock - If you’re happy to wait, we’d like to honour a 10% discount on your order as a refund once the pouches are dispatched.

Cancel the Remaining Pouches - If you'd prefer, you can cancel the remaining pouches, and we will process a refund for them immediately."

I took 2 separate days off work to paint my house but I was let down with times by this company.
I'm just sick and tired of dealing with this company and have opted to buying a similar colour from dulux at my local store. I have had no reply from them after my most recent email. They're a crummy company in my experience and I wouldn't recommend them.

The colour consultation with Emily was such a game-changer as I had so many questions and she answered them all in the most reassuring way!

I am excited to start my project as I know it will have a great result based on her great recommendations. Thanks Emily again!

I used electric blue and passionate yellow in my hallway. I'm blow away with the depth of colour to both paints but one my god that blue, it's definitely bluing.

I had an amazing colour consultation with Emily, she was really friendly and full of great advice. She answered all my questions and helped me choose colour combinations for my kitchen that I’m really happy with. I feel so much more confident now that I have had Emily’s help, I can’t recommend the colour consultations enough it really helped me!

Just very seamless. I discovered the website looking for a particularly bold shade of indigo and was wowed by their color selections, then I saw the sustainable packaging and I was like YES! I decided to try a color consult which went super well - Emily was so nice and helpful and explained things well and gave me some deals to get samples and paint with. They've definitely won me as a customer and I'll be sharing them with everyone I know. I really hope the packaging catches on.

Great colours, stupid packaging and you need 4/5 coats to get solid!
Used Eggshell on a newly built mdf wardrobe.. the wardrobe was primed with an MDF primer and then undercoat in a similar finish colour and still needed 4/5 coats to get solid...
Social media company trying to fix something that ain't broke! Paint belongs in a tin...

Such a brilliant company as their customer service is fantastic as well as the colours. I, like everyone, have repainted bits of my house but the pigmentation of these paints means I can't stop staring at them!

Dreadful company
Nice colour!! But it marks very easily, I’ve painted the walls with a good quality primer/ undercoat then sanded them - and then painted “yes colour” took 3-4 coat to be sufficient so you couldn’t see the undercoat underneath , but the problem is it’s comes off very easily, ie the slightest knock or rub / scratch marks it or chips it very easily.
I did they contacted the company yes paint about this but they have refused to reply but sadly nothing from them to date.
So I can’t recommend there paint as it rubs off / scratches very easily (I’ve been doing up houses for over 35 years and never come across this before) I think it’s a problem with hardeners in the paint? they are a dreadful company to deal with as they don’t take responsibility or reply to messages. dreadful company shame I had to give them one star even
Update - After the comment below I used the recommended undercoat and I’m not sure what yes paint are on about, very disappointing that they are now lying about this

Free colour consultation with Emily and managed to cover two rooms. Emily made me feel at ease, and listened to my needs. She confirmed the colour I liked was in the new collection launching mid feb and kindly offered to let me know when I can order a sample with the extra joy of a discount on sample and first order. Excellent service and can’t wait to see the new colours

Reliable company, the product is fantastic. I’ve had electric blue, electric yellow, testers of so many colours - every single one has been great

Paint aside, which is great quality and vibrant. The customer service really is excellent. My order was delayed because of a glitch with their system but it was rectified swiftly and they kept me updated at all stages, helped with a new delivery and reimbursed the cost which was appreciated (especially with a tight timeline!)

The Best Colours if you are looking for Bright Happy Zingy shades. I want a bright Red for a cupboard I am about to up-cycle and Yes Colours hands down delivers the brightest happiest shade,
I have used Yes colours in both my kids bedrooms myself on smaller projects and having employed a pro to spray the walls and wardrobes and he also confirmed it was a great quality product that he would happily use again. Great coverage and Fantastic range of colours.

Exceptional paint. Strong pigmentation that matches the test cards perfectly. The passionate lilac is a dark rich purple that dried flat matt after only 2 coats.

I ordered 5 litres and only used 2, with some left over. The coverage is amazing.

Now trying the aqua for another room.

Lovely paint, I’ve used eggshell and matt which both give good coverage! I like the pouch it comes in and you get all of the paint rather than using a tin which dries out some of the paint, will definitely be buying again as I’m on a big painting project!
