One of the worst experiences
One of the worst experiences. Ordered my hearing aid and paid with my credit card. After a month I had not heard back. After several emails I got a response. They said they no longer carried the hearing aid I wanted in my area (which was a top brand) and tried to sell me another brand and I did not want that one. So I cancelled the order. I was told I would have a credit on my card in 5 days. 5 days went by no credit...it took them 20 days to give me the credit. After a nasty email. They did NOTHING they had promised me when they tried to sell it to me. Beware

Say Yes, if you need hearing aids!
I have my Phonak hearing aids for just short of 1 year. They were fitted in my home by an Audiologist with Yes Hearing. It was the most professional fitting I have had and this is my 6th pair of hearing aids. From the first call to the second follow-up visit, everything was professional. The hearing aids have worked flawlessly since the day they were delivered. I would use them again and I recommend them regularly to others.

Hard to get refund for cancelled purchase
I canceled my purchase prior to receiving any products or services. A charge of $4950.00 was placed against my credit card at the beginning of my activity with Yes Hearing, and I have been struggling to get this charge removed. I contacted my credit card issuer and filed a formal dispute. Buyer beware!!

Good points and not so good
Several good points: in home service from testing to fitting. Price is very good.
Not so good is the communication. It is good when I hear from someone. There have been a time or two I was told someone would contact me and never heard from them.
I am not so sure about when I need help if I will receive it. It has only been a few months and the hearing aids are performing well.

I have been struggling for over a year to find the right hear aides for myself. I have spoken with dozens of companies and had many hearing tests. This company is the best by FAR and I am so thankful they were able to assist me with being able to hear again!

In home fitting and hearing test was great
In home fitting and hearing test was very convenient and the audiologist was very professional and very knowledgeable. This is my third set of hearing aids and so far these have been the best. Communication among your staff could be better as this was evident in some of the emails that I received.

Price was nearly 50% of what the brick…
Price was nearly 50% of what the brick and mortar store wanted for the same device. Service was convenient as they came to my home for the testing and then for the fitting. So far, the hearing aids work well and have features that my previous hearing aids did not.

Customer service !
Customer service! I had a rocky start to the whole experience of purchasing my hearing aids on line but, after talking to the right people it was resolved. I was fortunate to have the clinic i needed to go to close by and the audiologists were excellent to work with. I also saved a significant amount of money by working with Yes Hearing instead of going back to my last provider!

Not only was the purchase of the hearing aides, the quick delivery, the online appointments great. Also their customer service has been exceptional.
