This is one of the worst voucher gifts I have tried to use, its difficult to load, its not easy to get past the verify jumping animal screens which just didnt work.
I will never use this company again or recommend to anyone else.

It took to long to down the card we…
It took to long to down the card we struggled at first using the phone . And it kept saying not acceptable . So we couldn't use the day we want to. So we left it and we managed to sort via using the lap to to connect to it. Once sorted we managed to use it.

Far too much faff
Far too much faff. You can’t use the card directly in a store. Instead you have to make an account and swap the code for an online digital one for one particular store which can take up to 2 days to appear. As well as this the code was damaged as the scratch off panel was poor quality so had to contact customer services for a new one. Just give someone cash instead!

Really dreadful experience
Really dreadful experience. Followed the instructions on the card - and those repeated in Trustpilot responses from your organisation. However, the screens refused to move past the section where I had to confirm that I was not a robot. Lots of screens with stupid matching shapes, bouncing tigers, etc but even when I selected the correct one I couldn't get any further! Utter waste of my time and the money of the person who gave it to me.

Having checked our records, we can see that your Wagamama code was sent on 12 August at 9:47pm, just 2 minutes after your order was placed. In some cases, email providers can filter these emails into spam, junk, or promotions folders, so we would recommend checking these folders if you haven't already done so.

Just feels like you have to keep jumping hoops to get to check out and purchase what you want. Just a company that wants to harvest data, a lot of questions that didn’t need asking.

Very complicated for a pensioner to understand.
This gift card is probably more suited for a younger age with knowledge of the latest computer technology. For a pensioner i found it very difficult to follow what was happening, it got to a stage where I nearly binned it.
I had to get help from my grandson on how to do it.it seemed to be a lot of trouble just to receive my £20 gift.
