I found this company really good I couldn't remember a lot of the information I needed.but they never mithered me.just got on with my claim

YOUR CLAIM MATTERS ARE A COMPLETE JOKE, after agreeing to a no obligation free check for plevin ppi i contacted them after their initial response and informed them of my decision not to proceed with any claims in my name, i emailed them and phoned them within the given time frame and they assured me the matter was closed, then a few weeks later i receive a pack updating me with my claim? so again i phoned them and spoke to a lady who apologised and assured me the matter would again be closed, guess what weeks later another letter, then email, then text messages about my claim? so i emailed MR DAVID HYDON at your claim matters explaing the situation and stating that i had not signed any agreement either digitally or physically as i had not replied to any of the forms they asked me to sign, no reply so i phoned and spoke to him, he appologised and assured me he would personally make sure it was all closed and i would not be bothered any further. now nearly 8 months later i am getting letters from SSB LAW about this claim, so i have had to contact them and explian that YOUR CLAIM MATTERS have proceeded without my consent and im now worried that they are going to try and charge me for time spent on a case i never consented to. stay well clear of this company and David Hydon has done nothing that he agreed to do.

YCM carried out the work on my behalf to my satisfaction ; competent ,efficient , and very professional. I did find their charges rather high , but that said they are very recommendable.

I have received a pack of literature including my digitalised authorisation signature. The company l signed with was not you. I will be filling in the cancellation slip making a copy of it and sending it to you recorded delivery. After that if l receive subsequent intimidating correspondence threatening me with charges if l don't take action within 14 days l will be forwarding copies of all correspondence to to Radio 4's you and yours consumer programme to let them know about this.

I initially went through this company a few years ago, and had a couple of successful ppi claims, which I was very happy with.
I then started to get mail and emails and phone calls a year or so ago regarding Plevin, which I looked into, and found the company they used SSB Law, had a less than good track record dealing with Plevin claims and people, so I told them next time they called, and please don't contact me again.
Since then, the level of emails, phone calls and mail has been on the level of harassing!
On the 2/6/23 I received a pack from SSB Law with a covering letter from Your Claim Matters, stating my Plevin claim is now proceeding, which had a document confirming I consent to the procedure of the claim going forward, with my digitised signature on.
I rang SSB Law to cancel, they knew who I was as I was on their system, though had no claim reference number and nothing to cancel, and I was told the pack was sent by Your Claim Matters.
I then phoned Your Claim Matters, told them to cancel this pack as I was not interested and using my signature, stop calling, emailing and mailing me, which I was told they would.
Today 7/6/23, I received yet another letter to apply for Plevin!!

Waste of time said I had a claim then because it was less than 500 closed file
