I asked for a refund of a picture that I did not select and was charged for.
I will file a complaint with Visa credit card to see if they can help, since I got no response from 2 emails to you.

Hi Cindy,
We have already replied to your email and clearly explained why your refund request was not approved.
We do not have the ability to charge customers automatically. Any payment can only be completed by you after you have reviewed the demo and chosen to proceed with the purchase.
Furthermore, you paid for two completely different images, meaning these were two separate purchases that you voluntarily completed.
For these reasons, your refund request cannot be accepted.
Please check your email again. We have responded to your message, so we cannot accept your claim that you did not receive a reply.
We kindly ask that you edit or remove your inaccurate review, as it does not fairly reflect what actually occurred.

Avoid! It's a scam!
First time using this service. I uploaded the two pictures as requested. It was about to take more photos than I posted and then told me that I had used up all my options for today. Raging. It didn't even show me ANY previews

We would like to briefly clarify how our website works. Customers first select their preferred style and upload the photo they would like to transform. During the generation process, it is important to remain on the preview screen until the conversion is completed, otherwise the result may not be displayed successfully.
Since our service allows customers to preview a demo result before deciding whether to proceed, each customer is provided with a limited number of demo attempts per day. Once the daily attempts have been used, please return after some time to create a new preview.
It is possible that the page may have been closed unintentionally while the image was still being processed, which could explain why the result did not appear. We hope this explanation helps clarify the situation.
