Initially was calling about the benefits card. This nice man explained the card and its uses. Then he began discussing insurance needs for the upcoming 2027. He was so caring and patient and didn't mind my questions at all. By the end of our conversation, we were signed up for a plan that I believe will be great for us!

I haven’t heard from my agent Deshanna…
I haven’t heard from my agent Deshanna in regards to getting a hard copy of my benefits letter.
I’ve emailed her, texted her, but no response. I’m second guessing my self now for going with Your Way.
