I haven’t heard from my agent Deshanna in regards to getting a hard copy of my benefits letter.
I’ve emailed her, texted her, but no response. I’m second guessing my self now for going with Your Way.
This isn’t what customer service is at all.

Sounds really great! He's there to answer the phone every time I call. We may play phone tag but we get to get through to each other. The gentleman that I spoke with was totally genuine, took time to answer my questions. Ended up with a new company as of 1/1/27. Happy to be leaving my old company (H.....a) did nothing for me. I am hoping for a better experience this time 'round. We shall see?
