Cancelled appointment last minute
Booked an appointment for a couples massage on 8/8/23 for my anniversary on 8/27/23.
I was notified at 2:35pm that my appointment for 6pm was not going to be able to be fulfilled. Extremely disappointed.

Great massage
Great massage. Vickie McKinnon is the first therapist that found all the pain points and tension spots, specially in my neck and lower back. She did not rush and managed to release a lot of tension and tightness. I would definitely book her again.

I've had good, okay and bad Zeel appointments, but this was AWFUL!
Booked a 90-minute deep tissue and it was thoroughly disappointing. The entire experience was more than a waste of money, it was a waste of time and energy. My therapist was over 30-minutes late with poor communication and ended roughly 20-minutes early. She had no rhythm or technique. The table was shotty and caused a lean slightly to the left. I am not trying to be mean, but the therapist wasn't fit for a long massage or trained for deep tissue. There were constant stoppages (to wipe sweat) and very loud and unpleasant breathing. The icing on the cake was to find the guest bathroom that she used in need of deep cleaning. Not to be crude, but the toilet required scrubbing bubbles post departure. It was a horrible experience to the tune of approximately $190. I did file my complaint and receive a $50 credit - less than I'd expect after the experience. Very disappointing.
