The team came to fit a new boiler and worked incredibly hard to get everything done in just one day. They were knowledgeable, professional, and really respectful throughout. I was especially impressed with how tidy they left everything — you wouldn’t have known major work had just been done! Amazing workmanship and a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The team delivered everything as promised. They installed a combi boiler and replaced our old insulation. They left our house clean, and everything works perfectly.

I was told by Mr. Subhan that he would personally handle my case and resolve all issues. He asked me to keep calling him, promised he'd take care of it—but kept delaying. Eventually, he just said he's not responsible and told me to talk to the complaints team. That team has also failed to follow through.

They installed the vent for the boiler a second time, but it’s still not right. The boiler keeps leaking and my heating is worse than before the installation. I’m beyond disappointed and extremely stressed.

Zoa Energy Solution has not only delivered poor workmanship but also failed to take responsibility. And now they want me to take down my honest review.

AVOID this company, they are not quality tradesman at all, they will NOT respect your house and do not follow any sort of health and safety.
I am still so stressed with what this company put me through and still trying to repair my house from their damage 9 months later!
I went through the government scheme, wish I hadn't have bothered as it is going to cost me more money to fix my house than the cost of the boiler!
So many errors to list..
Firstly,They made changes to my new boiler position without asking me! Now it won't fit in my existing boiler cupboard as he placed it too low so now have to buy a new one! First extra cost! If only he told me what he was doing and the plan, i was working from home, no excuse to not ask! Looks a state, pipes are in dangerous places covering actual plug sockets so I can't access them! Dangerous plug which they claim is safe when I questioned! Shattered my glass splashback drilling holes, expense number 2, they wouldn't compensate me!
Mess left everywhere outside, even helped themselves to my bricks in the garden to block the hole they drilled!!
I've had 3 leaks, one i found as they ignored it on the day, where they removed my water tank and cut a pipe and just left it with water pouring out into my ceiling, they didn't seem bothered and the other leak was 2 days after, coming from the boiler which I had to get someone to come back as they hadn't soldered the pipes properly! The third was water leaking from the loft through to my then airing cupboard!
Due to the new boiler I also had to get a new shower system as my old one was gravity fed, this system is combi. No one told me so that was £800 cost i didn't need! I was without a shower for a month!
Loft installation guys were awful, moved everything in my loft to the back and didn't put it back, just chucked the installation up there, not positioning it nicely,covering the boards to walk on safely, so it was dangerous. Another call to the office, to get another team back to do it properly! Took ages to get someone to come and paint my ceiling where the water leak was! Again a battle to get them to do it properly which I insisted needed proper water leak protector and paint that matched my ceiling. He turned up no ladder, few tools ,no dust sheets! I had to supply everything, he said he travelled from Kent to me by train as didn't drive so couldn't bring any tools! You couldn't make this up!
They didn't do my air vents on the windows so that was another phone call to get them back!
Nice try by them saying they HAVE to take my water tank as it was in the contract! I point blank refused as they are not getting the scrap metal value as I need it to recoup the cost if all their mess!
This whole experience has made me ill with the stress, my house is still in a state due to their shoddy work as I cannot afford to fix all their errors. Its taken me months to try and get over this and I will be sending my case and photo evidence to Trading Standards and Martin Lewis to make them aware that Zoa need to be investigated as their work is dangerous, they are praying on the vulnerable, they just want to get the work done to a very poor standard and send their photos off to get paid from the government without any due care for the customers who they ruin their houses and leave them huge bills to fix their cowboy work.

Please DO NOT work with this company. My experience has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE from the the start - and it's still ongoing, having just had a flood through my ceiling, ruining wallpaper, ceiling plaster and furniture, due to a water pipe being punctured whilst replacing floorboards in the room above, that had been damaged by an engineer on a previous visit to fix plumbing problems, caused by the first installation of TRV valves on radiators - which had been fitted the wrong way round, and wiring in my boiler being refitted the wrong way round. The punctured pipe was not reported to me at the time - instead the techinician tried to cover it up with gaffer tape and plaster board mesh tape and a plastic bag!!!! and hid it under the replacement floorboards. Complete cowboys - extremely bad and unprofessional workmanship, frankly shocking air vent installation, plastering and trunking installed in my kitchen on the first installation visit that could not possibly pass building control standards. The complaints manager Moin is completely unprofessional - his behaviour towards me has been consistently rude, aggressive, argumentative and disrespectful, stating on the most recent phonecall that there was "no reason why I should get upset and stressed" about the situation - whilst I had water pouring through the light fitting and ceiling of my dining room due to faulty/dangerous work carried out by his team.

I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Jamie and his colleagues arrived mid-morning after a long journey south to East Yorkshire to fit a new boiler. Sounds a simple job but it involved removing an old hot water tank, renewing the entire central heating system and of course fitting the boiler. Really impressed with the job they did, especially the checking and testing of the systems after they had finished the work. They left way after normal working hours for the long journey back to Northumberland. They were all friendly, knowledgable and well clued up on the latest rules and regulations for the industry and did a fabulous job.

Excellent job by Andy and Martin today. Very pleasant and professional people. Good workmanship and tidy finish. Would highly recommend them for any boiler and plumbing work.

ZOA energy are very helpful & give excellent information & answer any questions to take you through the process. I spent my life savings trying to keep my house warm with extortionate hiked bills due to badly constructed houses in the UK & it was great to get some of my lost earnings back. I noticed an immediate difference after the well organised team fitted the proper loft insulation and boiler. The man who fitted the boiler was exceptionally professional, gave helpful information & very courteous. It was very refreshing to deal with an all round professional team. Thank you Zoa Energy.

Had cavity wall insulations done on a government grant. The group of men that did the cavity wall insulation were extremely professional and polite. The rest of the work carried out by ZOA was extremely unprofessional and very time consuming because of the stupid mistakes they made.
