Hi Vanessa, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry that you've not received your order yet.
I've just looked into this and can see that our order hasn't yet been shipped as you added additional products to your order after completing your order. Our website allows additional products to be added to your order for a short time after you complete it, in case you have forgotten anything or would like to purchase anything else.
We sent you an invoice to complete payment so we could ship your order, but payment has not yet been received. Please complete the payment in order for us to be able to ship your order.
I have replied to your recent email regarding this too, please feel free to reply if you have any questions or if we need help with anything else 🙂
