My problem was highly technical, but Tyler was excellent in his support. When things were obviously more broken than normal, he escalated things to the discord channel and a fix was promptly found. Your support team is incredible and I greatly appreciate the assist!

1G have always been focused on the customer at heart even under their old name of ark server hosting. I have used them for years and continue to receive amazing customer support and service. I have had my fair share of technical issues over the time I have had a server, mostly my end of doing something wrong but they have always looked straight into it and got me up and working again. Their discord support is also brilliant and very rapid. In terms of improvement, having a bit more information circulated about products being temporarily removed from the store (not from paid customers obviously) would be good as I have recommended them for ark hosting to friends to find out that they can't currently open new ark servers till a code rewrite is complete.

Rented a Valheim server for a few months for my friends and me. The prices are cheap and the quality of the server was great. Didn't have any lag or connectivity issues. My friends and I were satisfied with the server and I would rent from them again!

I did some comparing when looking for a server host for our Valheim server. Boy, am I glad I did, I was about to go with another company but then I read reviews about 1Gserverhost. The reviews were right on. They are very responsive with questions or concerns. Their customer service is excellent. I also like to see that they expect equal respect from their customers, they don't tolerate arrogant customers.

The server hasn't had any issues thus far and they are very vocal about server maintenance and ensure they inform their customers with plenty of notice.

They have tutorials for startup of your server and if that's not enough the moderators on Discord seem to be happy to assist if you can't figure it out on your own. Some even offer to remote in and do it for you.

So far, I am happy with my purchase.

Very responsive support team, low latency servers, and very fair pricing. Their Discord is very transparent about maintenance and people are online available to help. I'd definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for hosting their Valheim servers.

Our experience with 1G was very enjoyable.
We ordered a Valheim server, which was very easy to setup. The control panel is easy to use and understand. The servers are stable. The server didn't crash or lag for the whole time we were using it. Also modding the server was very easy and straightforward. Out of 5 stars I would rate 6.
I would recommend them to anyone, their prices are totally worth for the service you're getting.

I complained about their website on their Discord which resulted in a ridiculous argument that culminated with the owner insulting me and posting all my social media links in chat.

When I called him out on this and why he at all thought it was appropriate he claimed I was not acting proper and asked ME to apologize. When I refused he banned me from the service for "abusive and passive aggressive behavior". I never insulted or personally attacked anyone or anything like that.

I've never had such a ridiculous interaction with a company before and I can't say I'd recommend them to anyone after going through that.

Professional, fast (30 minutes) response on ticket, with full server restoration. Will be sticking with 1G for the forseeable future with this customer service level.

Having never used a server hosting service before I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was a pleasantly simple process. There are several linked tutorials on how to start a server, upload a premade word, and turn on mods. About 5 minutes after signing up I was logging into the game. It's just my sister, brother in law, and myself playing on the base subscription and we haven't had any lag or other issues. With the cost of keeping a spare pc running all the time to act as our own server this is actually cheaper, and less wear and tear on one of my computers. 100% recommend 1gserverhost.

I have really enjoyed my time with 1GServerHost, so far, and continue to with one of their Valheim servers. The process to submit the 2 tickets (in a year) was easy to figure out and the response and fix time was super quick.
I have found that the new dashboard and control panel are very intuitive and easy to use.
I enjoy their service well enough, that I'm considering getting another server from them for a different game.
1G is constantly working on improving their services, be it through new hardware for the servers or the dashboard software.
I'm sure in the future the games they offer servers for will expand as well.

I have been able to dependably host a server through 1G for about a year now, aside from consistent server stability, reasonable monthly rates, and an approachable Control panel UI the service team has been incredibly fast in their turn arounds in helping or answering a ticket and are very polite and professional!

Very quick and simple setup. Had an issue after a patch but the team were all over it and fixed it quickly. The team was also very courteous and prompt with statuses and updates.

Rented a Valheim server. Excellent experience, and it was super easy to add mods. Even with base package, mods ran well with a full server. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service. They were able to quickly restore a backup of my server for me. I also like how easy it is to install mods through the panel.
