Detailed Review:

I placed an order on May 27, 2025, with an expected delivery date of June 12, 2025. As of June 11—just one day before the promised delivery—I had received no tracking information and no notice that the item had shipped. Concerned, I checked the company’s website, only to find the vague and confusing message: “Your order is available for production.” This directly contradicts the delivery timeline I was given.

I used their chat feature to request an update and received a generic, unhelpful email response stating that my order is “within the established delivery deadline” and that “no changes will be possible.” However, based on the available information, it appears the item hasn’t even entered production, let alone shipped. This is unacceptable.

I sent another message on 6/12/25 informing them that I had not received the order nor had I received any tracking information and that their failure to communicate left me with no choice but to initiate a chargeback with my bank. They did not respond to that message either.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. My experience reflects a complete lack of transparency, poor communication, and a failure to honor their own stated delivery timelines.

I had intended to place some other orders if I was satisfied with the product, but that will not be happening. Given their unwillingness to provide accurate updates or accountability, I will be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback for an item that clearly will not arrive as promised.

Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.

Horrible customer service! Sent paper stickers instead of the gloss I ordered and they are falling part. Their solution is to credit what I spent on delivery for another order! $6! I ordered 2000 stickers that I can not use. Honestly I think the worst I’ve ever dealt with. My order was also 2 weeks late. I messages them when it didn’t arrive on the date that was scheduled and told them I wanted to cancel. Im running a business I can’t wait 2 weeks. They responded saying thank you for understanding and then never responded again. Terrible company.

They used someone else's tracking!

I waited like 3 months to get my flyers then one day it said delivered. I checked my cameras and didn't get any mail that day. So I went to the post office and they said that tracking # is someone else's address and item. They used a fake tracking number to say my product was delivered! No way to get ahold of anyone with their "dummy light" chatbot! Please go to a trusted print site!

The worst company I have ever done business with. Twice this year I placed orders that were never delivered, with zero communication, until I reached out to them to inquire of my non delivered orders.

I lost over $10,000 due to this unprofessional and incompetent company with no reimbursement for the losses incurred.

Insufficient instructions on product and lack of customer service support

Insufficient instructions on product description despite my team following every single instruction on the website. When I finally got a response from customer service for why there was an error on my files (it didn’t say on the website), I received a cold-toned email that read to me as condescending acting as if I did not read the instructions. My order had been delayed a week already, and if it were to wait any longer, it would be a major loss of profit for my company. I tried to cancel the order twice; the customer service team responded to my email saying that I needed to submit files again, OR respond to the email to cancel. I responded to the email THREE TIMES after already have asked twice, and no response whatsoever. Highly unprofessional, I had to open a dispute with my bank. TAKE YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE.

Believe what everyone else has said

Believe what everyone else has said. We ordered items on 4/14 to be delivered on 4/20. We received our first package 5/7 which we needed the LATEST on 5/4. The other ½ of our package is still not here. Countless back and forth via email (which is responded to every 6 days or so) they haven’t even printed the second half of the order but can’t refund our money because it’s a “custom product” Such a joke. Don’t waste your time or money.

Product unusable! The paper they use is very very THIN. The 60Ibs paper is thinner than regular printing paper. The image is blurred. Delivery delayed for 20 days!.

Shipping delayed without notice

Shipping delayed without notice. Contacted the customer service to cancel but refused. Couldn’t use the coasters for the event they were printed for and still don’t have them. They are weeks behind

By the time we receive them (if at all) they will be unusable. Company refuses any sort of resolution or refund, if you’re lucky enough to be able to reach ANYONE. DO NOT USE THEM

Is there a 0 rating. It's my 2nd order. I paid extra for faster delivery and both time it delayed by 7 days. It's not acceptable. If you can't deliver then why are you charging extra. Stop this nonsense and update your website accordingly

like everyone else said. they are a waste of time, cheap but you dont even get your orders in time. and there's NO WAY to reach any one besides the shitty AI chat they use. which is completely helpless.
i paid extra money for rush shipping and it's been over 2 weeks. i placed my order on 4/14!
tried my bestest to contact them throught their only way - email.
they either don't answer my concerns nor respond. or responding emails get send back saying "wrong emailing address" ?! wtf??
even now im still not getting any of my orders. and one of the item even shows on tracking says "Disposed requested by senders?!?!"

good thing my Bank is refunding my money back. but we lost a great chance at our very first company event to show people our business cards and postcards.

extremely disappointed at their service. will never use again.

Tricks you and locks you into orders... hiding behind AI

This comapny uses other large print names to catch you on google searches. I went in and ordered thinking it was another comapny. WHen i realzied, i asked to cancel the order. YOu cant reach anyone, they hide behind 100% ai. I was able to suspend the order due to incorrect info and they gave me till 4-28 to fix the artwork... therefore there was no production... but their ai says because they have already processed the order they will not cancel... no phone, no recourse... calling credit card company...

If I could give them less I would. They are complete scammers. They advertise Vinyl and send paper. They don't care. They'd rather have 150 bucks then acknowledge they do a bait and switch. False advertising is against the law in the United States. Do not beleive them. And terrible, disgusting customer service. They type of business the doesn't care if you give them a bad review or not, they purposefully mislead you with headlines buying one thing and then sell you another. Avoid, avoid avoid. May they go out of business.

Ordered and its still in processing…

Ordered and its still in processing mode. No where to call these people. I dont think im getting my order . My orser of just 100 cards should've been here by now or at least I should have been given a tracking number. I recieved nothing.

Don’t buy from this company

it's been 3 weeks and usps still awaiting my items even though 360OnlinePrint says it shipped long ago. I'm pretty sure this is a scam. I will wait until the end of the week and then I will cancel with my credit card company and report this as fraud. Thanks for nothing, literally .

Never again

Never again. I really needed my order so I paid an extra $11 for expedited service. The box arrived 5 days after the promised date & looking at the shipping label, it’s clear they sent it normally. THEN when I opened the order, it was missing half of what I paid for. It took a DAYS and repeated attempts to get an acknowledgment that they didn’t send the whole order. They finally said they’ll send the rest. I had to place a replacement order with a different company, already received. On top of all this, some of the labels they sent had smudged ink. Super poor quality.

Absolute trash company and scammers

Absolute trash company and scammers. My business cards were supposed to be delivered 3 days ago that I payed an extra $10 for rush delivery, never showed up.

Dirtbags. My bank is refunding my money and looking into this fraud ass company that just wasted a week of my time.

All these people you scammed, I know you could careless and are probably laughing reading this, but just know Jesus sees everything, so good luck with that.
