Don’t buy from this company
Don’t buy from this company. I ordered business cards and paid with PayPal. They never sent me an order confirmation. You can’t call a real person. You can chat with Z robot who is absolutely no help. I filed a complaint with PayPal and PayPal has temporarily returned my money pending a review. The chat says my order number does not exist!!!

I ordered business cards for my food truck. The front was to be composed of a picture and description. The back was to be plain white. I received my cards and the front was perfect. The back however, was not plain nor white. It was a picture of 2 men in front if 2 buildings. This picture was not asked for. I have no clue who these people are and the picture was unwanted. I complained to 360onlineprint. I was told my business cards were in accordance with business cards. They refused to fix them. PLEASE IF YOU WANT BUSINESS CARDS GO TO VISTA PRINT! They will replace or fix anything not asked for. I am mad! I paid $48 for cards I can not use.

Horrible. I placed my order for business cards. It showed them arriving in just a few days. I receive my confirmation and it says I won't receive it for almost two months. I email them and ask why it'd take 2 months and receive this BS email in response which did not answer my question at all:

I ordered business cards on 5/3 and my delivery day was told it’d be here by 5/15. I kept checking updates as it seemed to be on track. When there was no delivery on 5/15, then on 5/16 I got the chat. Should be arriving soon. Yet no tracking update. I sent an email on 5/17 and got a reply it was due to arrive on 5/22. No explanation. I saw over weekend that there’s a new update that is showing it had started sending again from Portugal last week and was due to arrive on 5/22. No one can say what happened. Obviously something went wrong and the shipment was lost or destroyed and had to be redone. But no communication for anything. No apology. One complaint I have is there’s no point to point tracking info. Just an update at start and near the end. If the shipment doesn’t get here by 5/22 I’m filing a complaint to get my money back. I won’t use this company again.

2000 Business Cards delivered on time. Beautiful printing, wish I could upload a picture. Kinda surprised by the bad reviews. Probably an international shipping issue as they are in Portugal. I worked for the USPS for a few years and know we can't get stuff right let alone coordinating with other countries. I don't normally write reviews and I am not paid nor have incentives been given. I am Brandon and own a Pressure Washing Business in Cincinnati, Ohio. (cincibluesolutions.com). Their price was 4x less than local companies (even after international shipping charges) and the colors are crisp and rich. The cards are perfect! Will be using again and recommend based on my experience! 5 Stars

Jeg fik lavet 2000 brochure hos dem. Dårlig kvalitet. Skrev til dem at de var for mørke, men fik intet svar kun gentagende reklamer tilsendt på mail.
Har sendt omkring 3-5 mails Via anvisningen på hjemmeside med klager på at den er ubrugelig.

quite good tbh
received my parcel in the appropriate time, ordered 500 businesscards. I was honestly impressed by the quality especially for the price (around 25bucks).
cant say anything about colors since mine were designed in B&W.
Ive seen many negative comments though, even stating that theyre
scammers etc. cant confirm this, my order went pretty well and im satisfied with the product. maybe I got lucky, maybe the others didnt.
all in all a positive experience.

They cheat on quantities ordered
They cheat on quantities ordered. SIX times I’ve ordered business cards, and SIX times it’s been under the quantity ordered and paid for. Last one was 111 cards short. Quality of print is VERY poor and inconsistent. Some colours (like orange) they can’t do, but don’t tell you in advance. I’d advise you shop elsewhere.
