I finally got a refund of only 40% of what I paid eventhoughit was "secureand insured shipping.
Ill never buy from this company again and u suggest you don't waste your time either.

If there would be a 0 star I would awarded to you. This is simply about your way and your system of dealing with unsatisfied customers. The first time I tried your product it gave me some sort of tummy problem, and it settled immediately after I stopped taking the shilajit gummy. My piste is with after sale department. I send couple of emails directly to Shilajit to cancel any orders but kept receiving the Shilajit packets every month and it was occurring automatically. I did receive an email confirming cancellation but still keep receiving the packet and got charged, I rejected three of them back to the local post office and I have two packets, in total 5 packets @ $66.79 per packets and on top of local delivery of around AED 30/- per delivery. I don’t know when they will stop if ever they will stop. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid further charges and this by itself has caused me a lot of problems because there are monthly charges on the same credit card.

This response is disappointing and dismissive. Instead of properly investigating the issue, the company is repeating the same generic reply that many other customers have also received.
I did not leave this review in error. I was charged without authorisation, contacted the company weeks ago, and received no response. Simply denying responsibility and asking customers to remove negative feedback—without providing evidence or resolving the issue—is unacceptable.
The lack of transparency, accountability, and customer support raises serious concerns. Based on my experience and similar feedback from other customers, this business does not appear trustworthy. I strongly caution others to be careful when dealing with this company.

Scammers
Scammers, paid $10 to get the first free 30-day supply, and 2 days after they just make another payment of $82 without me allowing it somehow. Havent even recived my order and they are asking for a review already haha.
