Had authorization to fix my truck and they never paid anything. Didn’t stuck me with the whole bill.

Nothing but a scam!!! Do NOT use them. Waisted $3750 on 2 warranties and cannot get my $ back. It’s been over a year since I’ve been dealing with this so called company!!!!

they will gave you great price and will discount to any number you want - I paid 2400$ for 5 years 100K extra . they will take your money and they will not pay any claim, you can submit claim and they will try their best to not approve it and cut the price to the lowest - I have 3000 claim and they will only pay 1000 and even with that and agree on it they never send a check or answer any Phone call , we are talking about 4 months of calling 3 to 5 times a week and send note and email

They're great when you sign up - but when you need a repair they make themselves scarce. It' like it's a Ponzi scheme you see on the show "American Greed". My mechanic was able to talk with them - I can't raise them to talk with me at all. Oh well screwed again.

The sales department gives you the impression that filling a claim is easy and as long as the parts are listed on your contract it will be covered. If you decide to use this company please read all the literature that comes to you because this company will try to pay as little as possible and in my case they didn’t pay anything. The claims department will tell the shop that these parts are regular maintenance even though the parts are listed in the contract. If you don’t cancel in the time frame they will prorate your refund. Also if you want your money back they require you to take all negative reviews you posted about this company. If you don’t you will not receive any money back. That is really tacky and shows this company is a fraud. I’ve never heard of a company doing that. My refund should not be based on the reviews. Please do not use this company. You will be stuck with the auto repair bill. The whole point of having an extended warranty is so you’re not stuck with a high bill. So please think twice about using this company you will be disappointed. They are not transparent and will have a attitude when you question them.

They are a complete fraud. Any positive reviews on this company must be fabricated because my experience and the majority of others have been a nightmare. They do not respond, and when they do it is a very negative outcome.
Please do yourself a favor investigate and do your home work before purchasing any automotive extended warranty plans. I am fortunate my credit card company had my back.

NOW..THEY DIRECT MY CALLS STRAIGHT(I DONT TALK TO ANYONE) TO A VOICE MAIL TO A MAN THAT DOES NOT STATE HIS NAME...EARLIER..IVE BEEN TOLD I SHOULD GET A CHECK AUG 15TH AND THAN AUG 29 AND NOTHING!!!!
CLAIMS TOLD ME THAT CHECK WAS ISSUED AND MAILED OUT BY AUG 29 2025 AND I SHOULD RECEIVE MY CHECK WITH IN 10 BUSNESS DAYS FROM GEORGIA...WELL...ITS NOW SEPT 18TH 2025 AND NOTHING...I CANT SAY IT ENOUGH.....

Do not waste your money. They are a total scam. They tell you everything is covered until you try to use the warranty. Absolute scam. Wasted almost $2000.00 for absolutely nothing.

I purchased a warranty from this criminal corporation. They put every road block in your way after the denied my claim. My problem was a internal part failed so the didnt send anyone out to check with the dealership just denied it with no reason,so i would definitely not use this company how the have even a 2.8 approval make zero cents. A very disappointed customer

This company is a scam. I purchased a warranty from Ace Auto Protect. Months later I took my car in for repairs and my mechanic could not get a hold of anyone at Ace Auto Protect to get them to pay for the repairs, as they claimed was an available feature of the warranty I purchased. I filed a claim with Ace Auto Protect to be reimbursed for the repairs. They left me a voicemail saying that they would mail me a reimbursement check. They never mailed me a check or paid me. I called several times and they said the check was in the mail - that was February 2025. It is now September 2025 and I never received anything from them. I call their phone number and no one comes to the line. 0 stars, a scam, they should be shut down immediately.

Worst experience ever! They promise to communicate then never respond. Cancelled policies and returned refund forms over 6 months ago, policies were cancelled. Still have not received refund. Called and asked to speak to someone, was told I would here something soon still no response?

I would give them a zero if possible, Ace has zero intention of paying any claims, they bring up issues that the car had prior to my purchase, then said they will cancel the policy. They don't respond to any emails or calls asking on why they canceled, not willing to refund the policy that isn't even 7 month old.

I was sold the platinum elite policy covered everything bumper to bumper after about a year and 2000 miles I purchased the policy my starter went out my mechanic said the cost to fix it was around $1300 it was called in at ace ato for approval after about 2 weeks my mechanic calls and said that he was still waiting to get approval from ace ato they called numerous times and just got thier v.m. I finally was able to contact a lady that approves the work orders and told me that they will only cover $400 of the the bill so I had to cover the rest $900 which I had no choice. So my car gets fixed and ace ato was to pay thier share $400 then my mechanic calls me after a month and tells me he never received his money he said he has called thier office ''ALOT'' and has not be able to contact anyone so I had to pay him the difference I have been calling them and all I get is voice mail i have a feeling they have taken all the customers money and running for the hills....so I'm going to file with BB consumer affairs and my attorney this is not right and they need to be accountable ripping off customers and from what I'm reading the have gone through the same thing

Tottaly scam they forward your call all time another department and don't another department don't answer your call totally money waste

Disgusting company doesn't want to give refunds because they need every penny they can get. Advice..if you pay with a credit card..call the card company first.

Total scam, they will never answer your call, you will be on hold for 40min then they hang up.

Cancelled policy because they did not come through on a repair. Canceled in Feb 2025 and submitted required paperwork. They claimed they lost it even though I have had proof of delivery. Subsequently they accepted scans of the documents and was told refund was approved. And apparently the 60 day clock started over with the scans. Was told my refund was mailed out June 30th even getting the check number. Of course no one can tell me what the amount is. Now they are not return calls or answering their phones. Although the after hours answering service picks up....no help there. I will be filing complaints with the State Insurance Commissions in Georgia where they hold license and California where they can sell. Also, contacting my attorney since they are now in breach of contract! Anyone up for a class action??

do not go with this company they lied to me about everything that they would provide on initial phone call basically you have to take your car to cheap mechanic you have to do all this leg work with no assistance from them the customer service rep very hard to understand but yes she knew contract up and down i wouldn’t give my worse enemy to go with ace protection they just suck

I wish I could give zero stars. Let me share my experience with you: I purchased a warranty from them last year, but when I filed a claim for a repair, they denied it with a feeble excuse. No worries, I canceled the policy in October 2024. Now, it's been around nine months, and I'm practically begging them to issue my refund, but they haven't done anything. For the past 1.5 months, they have completely ignored my calls. I've spent 3-4 hours calling them almost daily, but it's all been in vain. Whenever I try to communicate with them, they start behaving rudely. I don't understand how these scammers are still in business. They are the worst company I have ever encountered.
