I now only use ACRE…
I've been really impressed with ACRE Pharmacy. Their website is easy to use, ordering prescriptions is quick and straightforward, and on the few occasions I've needed to contact customer services, they've been friendly, helpful and efficient. The whole process has been so much simpler than my previous provider that I've now switched all of my prescription ordering to ACRE. Highly recommended!

Always 5* customer service, I moved 100% of my clinic orders to acre last year, the best customer service, delivery and legitimate, high quality products only. Nothing is too much trouble and all staff are amazing, I deal with Nat and Beth regularly who are amazing. Thanks acre!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Customer Service
I had an issue with the return and collection of a high-value item, which required several collection attempts before it was successfully resolved. Throughout the process, Kara Seymour was extremely professional, responsive, and supportive. She remained patient, kept me informed, arranged alternative collections promptly, and worked hard to resolve the issues with the courier.
Despite the challenges, Kara stayed positive, took ownership of the situation, and ensured everything was followed through until the collection was completed successfully. Her persistence, excellent communication, and commitment to customer service were greatly appreciated.
A real credit to Acre Pharmacy's customer service team. Thank you, Kara, for all your help.
