I spoke to a lovely lad named Lucas, he was amazing he listened to everything I said, I was so stressed as I really didn’t understand what was happening (he will understand) he honestly was the best & didn’t interrupt when I talked over him as I was trying to get my point across & he remained calm, which I get, your job must be hard !!, this lad deserves a pay rise & he was one of the sweetest lads I have spoken to in a long time, so caring, so thoughtful, I could go on but every credit to this young man what an honour you have as a company that he works for you make sure you give him the gratification he deserves & much more

Keep calling me but I’m not related to that company, raised to HMRC. I have answered the call and asked them no send me text or call me, if you don’t know who to check you shall simplify check the company house. Will also file to a complaint via GDPR

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. Having tried to call them and not being able to get through - I received a call from a guy today who proceeded to laugh down the phone, told me he would call me what he wants and was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked to escalate it to a manager, he put me on hold and hung up. The debt being chased had previously been paid and wasn’t due.

They weren't pushy and were very easy…
They weren't pushy and were very easy to speak with. They helped me set up a payment plan and were polite and supportive throughout. It was a very different experience from dealing with other debt collectors. Chloe was extremely helpful. Thank you!
