Love the products and the service is excellent

Ordered a set of Aery fragrances from QVC on 3 Dec. (I'd tried to order direct from Aery but the discount they promised was impossible to submit at checkout). I was then told almost daily by DHL that my order would arrive "today" but it never did. I was still getting emails a month later - even after I'd cancelled my order 3 times! However nothing arrived. Eventually Aery customer service said they would send me 'something' for the inconvenience I'd experienced & would ring 'in a few days' to check it had arrived. That was weeks ago. Not a peep! Please don't get in touch now. (I had problems with their customer service even before all this debacle). I will never trust or attempt to buy from Aery again.

Aery is my all time fav brand when it comes to smellies! The scents last and the ingredients are amazing. Everything about there products is lovely, down to the branding. It just makes you want to pick everything up and smell it! The website is a dream to navigate around and is always a nice shopping experience for me and I find they have good sales on a lot of the time.
My fav scents are the Sleep Mist and Happy Space :)
I will always buy Aery for home and I they make such lovely gifts too!

I absolutely love this brand, I've always been a White Company kinda girl until I came across this company in a lovely shop in the Cotswolds. Their smells are incrediable, like nothing I've ever come across before. My only negative is they've recently stopped selling the individual oil bottles which is such a shame, as I use these in my electric diffuser whenever anyone is coming around and they'll always ask what the smell and brand is. PLEASE PLEASE bring these back.

The delivery was delayed on the first day and then redelivered. However . Despite saying it required a signature was left on the door stop without a signature.

Ordered for the first time from Aery, a Persian Thyme diffuser as I liked the little ceramic container which had no branding on it and thought the scent would be lovely. I had it set up for about half an hour and my head started pounding. I am a migraine sufferer and strong smells are a trigger for me, especially artificial scents. Fragrance oils are used in these products, not essential oils which don’t trigger migraines for me. I messaged Aery who said they use both essential and fragrance oils and sent me £10 voucher to put towards another fragrance. Why would I buy another fragrance if you don’t use essential oils only? They also said my choice was one of the “stronger” smelling fragrances they do, perhaps I’d like to try one of the more subtle items on offer. Frankly no, I’m not chancing another migraine thanks all the same. I won’t be buying anything else from Aery. Artificial smells aren’t my thing. In the bin it goes. Waste of £40. There are better products out there.

I have a diffuser that I was given 3 years ago and still smells lovely,so I thought I would invest in another one with a different scent. It was easy to order, came quickly, well packaged, and I love what I chose.

Website and presence makes them seem like a premium brand - I received what seemed to be old stock, as if it had come from the shelves of TK Maxx clearance. Very disappointing as supposed to be gifts for Xmas.

Purchased a ‘before sleep’ Aery diffuser for over £30 which claimed the aromatherapy scents would aid my sleep…..It’s by my bed & I can’t even smell it. So disappointed

Bought 2 candles and 2 diffuser oils- the packaging is excellent on both products. The oils are beautiful and work as they should.
The candles smell great inside the cylindrical box however, once lit, there is little or no scent throw at all. The candles have trouble gaining an even melt pool and are tunnelling. The wick appears too small for the surface area of the candle suggesting insufficient testing whilst manufacturing. The scent is also non existent, probably because the wick is not the correct size and not heating the wax enough to release fragrance.
All in all an expensive but pretty useless candle- will never buy again!

Ordered numerous items on 22nd November, including gifts and a Christmas candle to make my own home smell nice in the run up to Christmas. But I am still waiting! Have sent numerous emails and have received one email in return claiming they have now dispatched the order for next day delivery - that was over a week ago!

It’s a shame, because the candles are lovely! Just don’t buy them direct.

I bought an Aery diffusor (Himalayan Cedar Leaf) which was very nice if a bit subtle. The pack consisted of a 200ml bottle, some sticks and a small vase/pot. Very tasteful and I was very happy with it although a bit pricey. Anyway I thought I'd get a refill which was when I realised it was a scam. The refills where £20 for 100mls (£40 per 200ml) plus £5.95 postage. So the refills are more expensive than the original pack (£39.50 or something). Avoid this scam!

If you're hoping to get what you ordered in time for Christmas, don't bother. I ordered a product on the 28th November and it was supposedly dispatched on 1st December. I had to email them after several days to find out where it was and was told they had 'issues with their courier' but hadn't bothered to tell me that there were any delays.
On the 10th December I am still waiting with no updates as to when I'm likely to receive it. I am fed up of having to chase them to find out where my order that I paid for is. Other than a basic apology for the inconvenience, there was no attempt to offer expedited shipping which would have been the very least they could do.
Until they sort out their shipping issues, don't bother buying from them as you'll end up wasting your time emailing them to find out where it is.

I’m a new customer and just bought 4 candles 2 for myself and 2 as gifts. Was so excited to try. The candles smell amazing out of the box, but last night I lit the “before bed” candle and it had no smell at all. I’ve burned it all day in a smaller room and nothing! So thought I’d try dream catcher, lit it an hour ago and no smell at all either. I am so disappointed! Basically got expensive unscented candles. Such a shame as my recipients will be disappointed too :( embarrassing. Won’t be buying from Aery again - for the price point and the way they portray the brand you would expect a lot more quality.

I got Citrus Tonic Reed Diffuser and it doesn’t smell of anything.

I’m really annoyed as it wasn’t cheap and now I can only smell it if I stick my nose right in the bottle.

Waste of money.

4 wick fig candle had no fragrance at all once lit. Returned as faulty. Replacement was equally poor. Wish I’d seen review below as it seems to be a common theme. Shop does not seem to have been able to post my negative reviews on their website so read every posted review on there with caution. Disappointing all round.
