AirConCo is non-nonsense and highly reliable. The Zen unit they provided has been a godsend, with no troubles over several years. The servicing engineer came bang on time, was extremely polite and did his cleaning and testing efficiently. Excellent.

All representatives from the Air Conditioning Company (Airconco) that I have dealt with - whether over the phone or in person - have been professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. They have been able to communicate all necessary information in an easy to understand manner so that even a layperson such as myself can use it effectively to comprehend and maintain all units of my A/C.

Overall, we are very happy with the work provided. The installation of the air pump unit on the day went smoothly. Staff were friendly and polite.

Our Aircon was leaking in August, was reported same day 15.08.24. After some issues along the way I have the greatest gratitude to you Jeff and Jason for resolving this situation. For what you both have done in the past few days my team and I are grateful to you. To keep in mind the entire experience and process we have had to endure, I have changed my 1 star to a 4 star.

We visited the showroom and were shown the choice of units and were impressed by the fact that with an annual maintenance plan the warranty could be extended to ten years. As a newly build, the air-conditioning pipework had to be installed during the construction between the outer and inner wall and then run at below ground level in a shallow trench to the driveway where the compressor would be. Communication was good and the company phone was always answered quickly. The unit was installed perfectly and commissioned the following day by an excellent team led by Aaron.

We recently completed the install of our Air Conditioning system, installed by Aircoco UK. We encountered a few building issues that were quickly solved with the help of a very professional team, fronted by Callum. We had to slip some dates, this presented no problems with the installation office. Their workmanship is good, clean and tidy. I would recommend this company as your 1st port of call.

Airconco has the feel of a small business, but the professionalism, reassurance and know-how of a reputable and trustworthy company. It was great to be able to speak to the same few people when I rang to arrange things, and the process to get a quote and advice on options was smooth and efficient.
What really stood out was the professionalism and service of the guys who came to install the units - they were polite, had expertise, friendly, hard working and left everything really clean and tidy (for what was a messy job!). It took a few extra visits to get the wireless functionality working, but Aircono sent people each time and ensured everything was fully operational.
Prices are competitive - not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, and well worth it for a job so well done. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable experts.

It may seem an unusual step in our temperate climate to install Air Conditioning in a UK home. However, it is the best decision we ever made for our son's "too hot in summer, too cold in winter" bedroom. We did due diligence and contacted 4 companies to get an idea of what system work best and to see what options were available. It was a no-brainer. The Air Conditioning Company were the only truly professional company who responded to our enquiry and offered a turnkey solution. Some companies did not even bother to respond. Others took weeks and some supply the A/C unit only and expect you to find your own installation team - that is a completely bonkers option and a recipe for disaster!

I visited the Air Conditioning Company showroom, and was talked through the benefits of each compatible unit and could see them working, how easy they were to use, to programme and how silent they were too! by incredibly well-informed staff.

The fitters, Dan & Matt, are a credit to your company. They arrived on time. Respected our home from the moment they stepped over the thresh-hold with shoe protectors on from the get-go. They were polite, friendly, answered all my (probably quite dumb) questions and queries in a fully understandable way.
Tidied as they went along. No loud music and no expletives!
