I ordered something from them three weeks ago and still haven't received an email about when my order will be delivered. They also don't provide tracking, and they're not responding to my messages. It's really antisocial. I hope I still receive my order or get my money back.

I ordered a rabbit fur jacket on October 16, 2025.
I received it today, November 11, 2025, which is almost one month after the purchase date. The delivery time was very long, and this is because Alessa Clothing did not handle the shipping and delivery process. It was actually shipped directly from AliExpress. I do not see any issue with sourcing products from China, as this is what most prêt-à-porter brands do today. However, I do think that practicing drop shipping and therefore not checking the quality of the merchandise before sending it to the customer is not honest. For this reason, I will not be ordering from this website again.
The item I ordered did not have any manufacturing defects, fortunately. But it could have happened, and in that case, I would have had to return an item that I waited one month for, at my own expense. This is the downside of drop shipping.
To conclude, I would recommend that buyers simply purchase directly from AliExpress, which is a more economical option.

On the other hand, the customer service was very professional; I received quick responses to every email I sent. I simply would have preferred more transparency from Alessa Clothing. That is why I am giving 3 stars.
The sales practices are misleading, but it must be acknowledged that the product arrived in perfect condition and the customer service was responsive.

Edit after Alessa Clothing’s response : You source your products from AliExpress, and the package was shipped via Cainiao (AliExpress’s delivery company). When the delivery person called me to hand over my parcel, he even said, “Hello, this is the AliExpress delivery.” I have absolutely all the tracking evidence of my order from China. PLEASE DELETE YOUR RESPONSE AND STOP LYING.

Great customer service and jacket is beautiful

The coat i ordered is worth every penny, the delivery was faster than expected. In love with my new coat. 100% recommend, also communication is amazing.

Ordered the fur jacket and I look like an elf with that pointy hood. Otherwise it’s good.

The brand isn’t inclusive it only has sizes for small/petite women.

har fortsatt ikke fått min pakke og det har gått flere dager nå, fortsatt ikke fått svar om når pakken min blir sendt.

Gjorde min första beställning i juni och båda tröjor jag fick hem var defekta och fläckiga. Efter många om och men lyckades jag få iväg retur/reklamation. Tyvärr dras jag fortfarande med fakturan på Klarna då dom enbart återbetalt 260 kr av 820 kr. Resterande 560 kr då? När ska ni återbetala det? Jagat dom och försökt få dom att fixa detta i 2 månader. Inte nog med att man blev besviken med defekta varor utan man ska behöva dras med denna huvudvärk av att behöva betala för grejer man inte ens har. Undvik att köpa härifrån.

I think this brand is perfect! I recently purchased a fur jacket that was lovely but changed my mind on it and decided to send it back (there was so specific reason). I contacted them about not getting sent a return shipping label and they replied within a day saying that they are having some trouble and I will be issued a full refund. The customer service you will revive from this brand is amazing and the products are great as well! The clothes are unique, great fur and very chic.

Jag köpte FUR JACKET - BLACK från Alessa och är så nöjd! Jackan är sjukt fin och känns riktigt lyxig, har fått så många komplimanger när jag haft på mig den. Leveransen tog ca två veckor men jag fick uppdateringar hela tiden så det kändes lugnt. Kundtjänsten var supertrevlig och hjälpsam också. Riktigt bra upplevelse hela vägen!
