I ordered a 20 inch chain and was sent an 18 inch chain, I was told that upon returning this item I would be refunded the cost plus the return postage. Guess what I wasn't and I had to chase the refund which wouldn't have been given otherwise. If you are after anything buy it elsewhere not from this SHAMBOLIC poor excuse of a company

i ordered a bracelet for my partners birthday and don’t get me wrong it is lovely however over the month and a half he has had it there has been problems with the clip chain keep coming off. must be faulty material as it’s not like he’s done anything to it. unhappy with this purchase

I bought this bracelet for my sons birthday, He sent me the link of the item he wanted. Arrived very quickly as I placed my order on 31.05.25 Saturday afternoon and it arrived on Tues the 03.06.25. Good quality item.

I left a review after my initial complaint because I was disappointed — and rightly so. The bracelet I received was not what was advertised: the colour and finish were totally different, the quality was poor, and it left green marks on my skin despite being labelled as “tarnish-free.” I couldn’t even gift it because of how cheap it looked in person.

After I posted my review, the company publicly responded saying to “get in touch if we can help” — so I did. I gave them a fair chance to resolve this. But when I contacted them directly today, I received a blunt response saying there was “nothing they could do.” No apology, no respect, no real help — just an empty excuse after selling a faulty item.

If you're going to sell jewellery, do it properly with quality, honesty, and actual customer support. Don’t pretend to care in public just to save face when in private, you dismiss people who’ve been genuinely let down.
