Well what can I say. I was skeptical that plated stainless steel jewellery would be any good. Having bad experiences with cheap lucky-lucky man jewellery on holidays before. You know the stuff that turns green in 2 days.
I can honestly say this store is nothing like that. Very high standard of plating. On a good quality Cuban curb chain. My only suggestion to improve would be to solder the clasp ring. Leaving a split is not a good look.

Ordered an 18 inch gold chain for my son’s birthday. It arrived ready quickly (within 2 days of ordering), was beautifully packaged and he was delighted. My suggestions for an even better experience would be to enclose a card with the specifications (e.g. 7mm Cuban chain, 18 carat gold plate) to make it even more special, and perhaps to have one price for the pouch and box. £5.95 would seem reasonable and is similar to other jewellers. Thank you for a great chain!

My 16 year old son, still at school may I add, wanted his first chain so he sold some old clothes for cash and then bought a chain off Alfred & Co.

The chain came promptly however it was not to his taste so he sent it back to them (an additional £8.95 for recorded delivery) to a PO box

Since then we have not been refunded nor been contacted back after several emails

Terrible customer services, avoid

I received my jewellery piece early. And the piece was beautiful. Well worth the price. Would definitely recommend buying from this company.

Personally terrible customer service. Didn’t receive my item and contacted them, they emailed me back saying “there are custom/duty fees for some reason please pay the fees.” I did not receive any emails about fees to pay or any updates about my package.

Bought a "skinny Cuban." Looked good on the web, but infinitely better on the wrist. Absolutely love it and must give a special mention to the little ingot with the firm's name on it.

I had kind of a rocky start with my order.

I was sent a wrong item, and the replacement item sent was also incorrect.

The company was very sincere in their apologies on the mix up, and very willing to correct their mistake. Both times they had the replacement sent out the same or next day I believe.

On top of the exceptional customer service, I really like all the pieces I got. All of mine are stainless and have already been through some abuse at work and are holding up beautifully.

I've worked customer service my entire adult life, so it's very important to me, and they nailed it.

I will 100% be back to buy more from them at some point.

No order delivered, looks like this is a scam shop- do not use. No response from store despite trying to contact several times.

Terrible. Ordered on the 11th Feb for delivery 14th. Evri showing they have had the parcel in hub since 13th and it’s not changed obviously lost. I have emailed every day to try and get replacement. They lied and said another had been sent out and then lied they had refunded my postage but this is not the case. Now they have blocked me and I have no item, no money - it’s terrible. Avoid at all costs. Absolute scammers

Never received my order that was placed on the 30th December. Sent multiple messages on there contact us option on the website and had no response.

Product has never arrived despite trying to contact the company. Absolutely hopeless. Do not order from this company. Impossible to get hold of and do not respond to email / online requests

Ordered Friday afternoon, quickly realised it was going to my old address and emailed the company. They replied straight away to say not to worry new address had been added. Received another email that evening saying it had been dispatched but still showing old address. Slightly panicked I emailed quite late ( 10.30pm ) explaining the situation and was not expecting a reply till the morning. Again they emailed back straight away, and received the parcel at 10am today. Amazing company, lovely item. Will definitely order from them again
