So I finally received something from this company.
It wasn't what I ordered, of course it wasn't.
If I could attach photos here I would so people could see the description and pictures of what I ordered Vs the absolute piece of rubbish I received.
£32 on something I could of gotten from temu for £5...don't worry I checked and this is true 👍
Do yourself a favour and never order from this company.
You don't get what you pay for and the customer service is atrocious.

I placed an order that took over a month to get to me and when it arrived it was not the shirt I ordered, it was the incorrect size, and the quality was atrocious for the price paid.

Product was not as described Shirts were delivered were not the ones I ordered, shipping took 20 days longer than estimated, and the shirts were not or resized or even the size I requested.

Customer service never replied to my emails or online chat. Did not receive one of the orders. Product quality and price not worth the gamble of whether or not you’re gonna receive it or not to begin with

i ordered a t shirt. it didn’t ship for weeks. so long in fact that i contacted and asked to just cancel it. they said nah. i did finally get it so that’s the only reason it gets 2 stars

Never received order
Even though I have emailed support, I have not received my order and/or have not received a refund. The only response I have gotten is “we are looking into it”.
Got the notification that my original order was dropped off in North Carolina when my address is in Ohio.
Update 9/2/2025
After your reply I still have not received any sort of tracking number or any indication that I would be getting my package.

Lol what went right? Never received the item. Canned responses from customer service. I'm out $60 and my daughter didn't get a birthday present. I will never order from alpha weebs again

Awful. I ordered something for my boyfriend's birthday and I waited for about a month until I contacted the company about it and they were flakey with emails once they told me my item was out of stock and I refused a refund. After a week they finally gave me my money back. Never getting anything from here again.

The tags on the apparel are according to Asian sizing, which differs from Western sizing. Hence, we send one or two sizes bigger / smaller so that it will match the size you ordered. We would suggest trying the items before judging the fit from the tags. Please let me know if you have more questions.

I was told to contact their customer service email and website so with no answer I been waiting weeks for my outfit and nothing I got one response and ghosted again. And I only got a response because I wrote a review I need actual help. This website might be a scam

Scam Chinese company lying about their location.
I made an order through the shop app. The store appears to be in the United States. This is false. The items you order from this company are from China and low quality. The address that the put in the US is just their "offices" (which after numerous attempts of emailing them and even using their "chat" I had no response from them) the tracking they provided is an international tracking number from China. I tried to get a refund and waited almost a month and nothing. No items no refund. I contacted my bank and they clarified that this is a Chinese company pretending to be an nerdy Otaku anime American geek store. Please do not buy from this company.
Oh wow. Updated on August 21. So instead of emailing in the month I was trying to see where my order was they decided to message here. Let's read this message.
Oh wow it got lost. And they will personally take care of it. And they sent me ups call center number.... at least I can show this evidence to the bank as more evidence that this is a scam company. They are apparently magicians that without a order number they know where it is. Today I find out that this Shady company ow is saying I received the item. I did not receive my items. But thank you for giving a other layer of how Shady this scam is. Sadly shopify and affirm and my bank have been already notified. Since you already know my order # and since this is the only way you respond with a generic false statement then read this. The more you take to give me a refund the more troublesome this situation is. My bank will track where the order cam from. Give me a refund if you want to avoid further problems. Thank you. And you should be ashamed alpha weebs.

I never received my order
I never received my order. I have reached out to their customer service and never heard back either. I will never purchase from them again.
Edit: They only reached out to me after I left a review. They told me the item I ordered was no longer available and to pick something else at the same price point. Well no kidding it’s not available it took nearly TWO MONTHS for someone to get back to me. THIS is not solving the issue. I want a refund, not other merchandise from a company I can’t trust that probably won’t show up either…

Fake and unprofessional
I would give it a zero if that was an option....DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!! Absolutely fake. I have been in communication for months trying to get my money back as my outfit that I spent 250 dollars on...NEVER CAME. They email back asking for address and then ignore you completely...
