Got the order, but TERRIBLE SERVICE
My order got here. But I got the wrong product and absolute horrible customer service. Communication with customer service is abhorent at best and when I did get an email back they would not answer anything. I don't even want to return the wrong order becausr I don't want to deal their terrible service anymore!

I ordered a gift for my nephew mid July…
I ordered a gift for my nephew mid July was suppose to come beginning of August. The package was suppose to be delivered and stated it was delivered when I was home at 2am, not a peep from my dogs. I messaged Alphaweebs immediately and didnt get a response back until end of Sept. Stating that it was a mess up on their site that they never had the item would I like to order something else and when I stated I wanted a refund this is all via chat bots no response again.

I give 00000. Took my money and didn't send the item I purchased. Then to make it seem like you sent it, it went to Colorado when I am in Las Vegas, NV. When asked to refund me due to this you ignored my request. Now 3 months too late you claim that you couldn't find my order number so this is why you are 3 months behind in even acknowledging me. I want my money back.

missing items, poor customer service, scam
i received some items of decent quality. it's the type of design that'll come off in the wash. im still waiting on my 2 gojo crop tops from idk march??? i emailed back and forth repeatedly and could provide the entire transcription. absolutely disgraceful, go on etsy or something these people still havent given me items ive paid for. the shipping links dont work. they falsely said it was delivered. you wont be able to track your package more than likely. it's all unlicensed merch so idk why i expected better.
ETA: i saw your response and this is a complete lie. it has not been shipped. you emailed me back saying "Ok I will check and let you know." when I pointed out that I NEVER GOT SOME OF MY ITEMS or a refund. ???? you people are sick

I'm still waiting for my order
I'm still waiting for my order, it may say it was delivered but it definitely wasn't as well I got sent the wrong sizes per the explanation it gave me to the size differences. I have been trying to go over with you guys regarding when I'll be getting the rest of my order and how I can send back what was sent incorrectly. I may have been emailed stating that this issue will be taken care of personally, there still has been a major short of information on if ill be getting my full order fixed, sent and how long that would take. I dont appreciate when I spend quite an extensive amount on something to one not receive everything and two for them to be the wrong size from what explanations I have got from.
I have sent the email, and will be waiting for the tracking number, i do appreciate the reply to my review, however, for the time being the review won't change until everything has been actually taken care of. Thank you and ill be waiting for my items in the proper sizes.

Biggest scam!
One star is being generous, it's undeserved, this was the worst shopping experience ever. Impossible to get in contact with anyone, and my order was processed and preparing to be shipped out within two days of placing it; seems great on the surface. And then it just sat. And sat. It never moved from being "prepared for pickup by shipping partner." So their whole estimate of being received within 2 weeks of purchase was complete BS. Don't bother wasting your money here, I had to contact my bank and file a dispute just to get a refund. Never saw my order.

Update they said I can contact them when I been contacting for weeks for my refund and I get a response once every few weeks been waiting for my costume since August 13. I just want my money back and that’s all I will be resorting to legal measures so because this is ridiculous at this point my order was 16863 they “lost it in transit a few time” yet don’t want to give me my money back never even received a updated order number for my order. I wish I could give them 0 stars after getting no shipping email and the only confirmation I got from them was they took my payment I emailed 4 separate times someone finally got back to me and told me that the item I ordered they had none in stock they tried to get me to order something els from the website I told them I would need a refund and they told me “ we will look into that” 6 days later no response from them and still no money back so basically just got scammed out of 70$
