frankly when this email hit my inbox i was awestruck at the audacity to ask for a review at all. my product was ordered on may 7th and the last update was may 26th since then it’s just been AWOL no updates from shop.com no updates from the store no email. nothing. now im out 20$ and sat looking stupid with nothing to show for it

Package came at the right time and everything inside was in great condition! 10/10

Fast shipping

Although it is advertised pretty well, the quality is very questionable. Customer service is mediocre and I spent over $100 to only get a $11 refund. The shirts I would not recommend since the art can be blurry and inaccurate. The Zoro shirt I had got was blurry and the wrong eye was cut… I would not recommend. But anything that doesn’t have a face sure. I will not be shopping here again unfortunately.

It was a gift for my daughter - I myself know very Little about anime but I really scores with that gift, which I admit was a leap of Faith. Good quality too.

I'd give it 0 if I could. The material is dogshit quality, and when you try to make a return they just reply with automated chatbots and refuse to give you the shipping address to make a return.

It was exactly what I order beyond expectations

I received a text message prior to receiving my item (which was supposed to be from Alpha Weebs) from Ali Express that my item had arrived - I had not seen anyone else specifically say this or notice yet, but this is a business that is flipping Ali Express goods for profit. You will not get the item you ordered to it's exact description and the quality will be notably poor.

The shirts and hoodies are super cool (if they were real) rip

Awful. Was sent the wrong size and they would not refund me and said I would have to pay shipping to send back and get the correct size WHEN THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE

Gama-chan got here a lot faster than I expected it to! It was also good quality. It was a gift for my bestie and she loved it.

I never received my item. I got no update on if/when it was coming and there is no customer support. I tried emailing multiple times and got no response. Im not convinced this is a real business.

I truly felt like I could give this shop 2 stars but no it really doesn’t even deserve that much. I’m sorry but this shop is lousy, discreditable, lacking, and just not worth anyone’s time. Let me put into perspective that I’m a first time customer.. I bought ONE BEANIE.. ONE. It’s been a month and a half since my order. No tracking details, no email updates (let alone)… nothing. I come to the website.. there is no details about my order just “Shipped by general date” let’s not talk about the fact that they give dates on when your package should arrive at the bottom and for the USA it says: 8-15 business days. Imagine my disappointment. If it wasn’t for the fact they have genuine reviews (from the looks of it) this website would be a dead giveaway scam. I don’t even want to get into how their refund policy seems so vague and misleading. I hope people do better, in all honesty their merch is way overpriced, save yourself trouble and just go to the mall and no I don’t think there is anything they can do better because they wouldn’t care enough and this couldn’t be more of a poor first impression.

Graphics and fabric quality top notch, I loved it and would definitely buy more shirts from Alpha Weebs.

This small business was very helpful when my first order didn’t fit. They offered a free replacement and showed that they cared about me as a customer. I also love the hoodie! Very good quality. Will be ordering again :]

I was sent tshirts that was pixelated and the wrong size. The Alfaweebs customer service said they would replace the shirts. I have not received the replacements . I purchased these for a Christmas present the 13th of December 2024. The company keeps sending me emails but no product. The shirts cost alot. Don't buy from this company.

Honestly the worst buying experience I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered their jjk hoodie back in November of 2024 but immediately after the purchase regretted it because the price was too high ($60+) and decided to cancel the order not even a hour past the time of ordering. It’s now nearing mid January 2025 and I’m only now getting a refund for the hoodie after a month of repeated emails and constant legal action threats with my bank. It honestly really disappointing the way they conduct themselves since I was honestly a genuine admirer of their site but after this I really want nothing to do with them ever again. They tried to pretend there was an error with my refund and convince me into just canceling the refund or replacing the hoodie I wanted with something else for a parcel refund but I was not having it. Then weeks of no communication then a final bank threat finally made them give me back my money, but not even all of it they, shorted me a couple bucks but by the time i finally got it I was completely over the situation. I would never recommend them to anyone after all I’ve been through.
