I had a little trouble with sizing when ordering and I got the wrong size in a sweater. I contacted alpha weebs and they offered to replace the sweater with the correct size. Free of charge. Customer service is top tier. Thanks Alpha Weebs.

I ordered a Tokyo Ghoul shirt for my boyfriend for christmas. It takes about two-three weeks to get here just for it to be a hoodie from a completely different anime. The quality of the hoodie is horrible and the print is very cheap. I email them asking for a refund and they are asking for “proof” that they sent the wrong product. After I send them the pictures, they tell me to either keep the shirt for free or to send it back to them for a 25% refund. They don’t offer any refunds for the shipping costs as I would have to ship it to China. After this, they continue to send me automated responses with no solutions or real answers to my questions. I am really frustrated because I had spent about $45 for the shirt and they’re not willing to give me a refund.

Product was not as expected. I have been asking for a return label since Christmas Day, but the emails keep asking for more info and delaying.

Their website says hassle free return policy and yet this is the my most trouble I've ever had getting my money back. Terrible customer service, cheap, shoddy products. They don't even deserve one star. And they've disabled reviews on their website. Avoid these scammers.

Currently awaiting a response from company. But after reading the negative reviews I'm not too hopeful for a good outcome.
I ordered a 3xl to have a cozy and baggy sweater. I couldn't even fit into it, and I wear xl comfortably.
When I went to leave a review the site automatically changed my review to a positive five stars. So I tried again and the site automatically changed it to five stars after posting. Then I left a third review outlining this and they deleted all my reviews.
That made me realize this was a shady company. So depending on how they settle this I will either add or subtract a star.

Ordered a bikini for my wife and only received the top, not the bottoms. The quality of the fabric is like a cheap Halloween costume, not a $50 bikini.

I have bought 2 oversized shirts a few months back. Great quality & fit as advertised.
I bought an additional 2 oversized shirts & 1 was not oversized. They are replacing it & am looking forward to receiving it!

Requested a refund they took forever to respond. When I was finally able to get the information to return the items they charged me $150 to ship the items back, the original items I purchased was $45 so I vouched for partial refund and only got $13 back don’t waste your time or money the quality of the jackets aren’t worth it.

I really liked using this website because customer support was very helpful. I bought a shirt from them for my boyfriend, which was to small. Once I contacted customer support they offered to give me a free replacement for it which I thought was super cool because I've never in my life thought a company would do this so I really appreciated all the effort they put into giving good customer satisfaction. I will be using their website more often in the future.

It's been over a month in a half and we haven't received the product. I tried to email you guys about it and just got that it was on its way.
When we look at the tracking it's been sitting in a facility in NY for a while.

Horrible Customer Service, I waited weeks to get a refund and they kept leaving me on read or said they would get back to me "ASAP" and just not give me a return slip or my money back for the cheap product they given me. Wouldn't recommend buying from them they will scam you put of your money best get your shirts off Temu pr Ali Express since thats where they are getting there shirts. Never want to do business with them again.

My shipping came 3 weeks later once and then separately 3 weeks later the second time and my initial tracking number was wrong so I couldn't even tell if it was on the way
Designs are cool but fabric is shoddy

Terrible 2 day off communication, lack of clarity on how to handle shipping, back and forth email exchange where I asked a simple question and they couldn't even answer it

I ordered a necklace and it arrived late. Not only that but they made the hook to clasp at the front, so it looks totally stupid and completely takes away from the necklace piece.

These hoodies are thick and warm. The stitch and embroidery is beautiful and high quality. Always receiving compliments. Customer service was responsive and helpful resolving a shipping issue.

Took forever and sent me wrong size shirt and the shirts are cheaply made and overpriced for what they are. They didn't want to own the mistake either.

I got a pink Sukuna t-shirt and a bright green Magikarp t-shirt. The Magikarp t-shirt was massive even though I ordered the same size as the other; size Large. It was also a strange silky polyester material. I spoke with customer service and they took care of it promptly. I received the replacement quicker than I thought and am very happy with the heavy duty cotton material and size (exchanged for the Khaki color - size M). I recommend being cautious on sizing, as it seems to vary widely (based on my experience, and reading previous reviews).

I ordered the "NO GORE" - Junji Ito Anime Crop Top and size was a bit too small for me. However, I contacted customer support in regards to exchanging for a bigger size. They were extremely prompt and helpful, offering me a free replacement and allowing me to keep the original. Great customer service

Scammers, made an order almost a month ago, never received the item nor did I receive updates from the order, now when I check about order ID with my phone number it shows my order does not exist anymore, so basically you are paying for nothing, they just take your money and never receive your order.
