If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a freedom scent shirt from Attack on Titians and I received a chainsaw man shirt instead. They said I didn’t need to return it and they would send me a replacement, never got a replacement (it’s been 4 months now) and they just decided to stop emailing me back and I’ve tried getting a refund, still haven’t received that. And I’ve contacted 3 forms of alpha weeb support, no one is contacting me back fixing the situation, definitely not buying from this site again. Horrible!!!

Alpha weebs has great customer service, they have been able to assist me very well. All their products look amazing and i cant wait to receive my product. Im so excited!!

I ordered 2 different over sized shirt, both in small, and one of them fit like a large while the other one fit exactly like a small. Spoke with customer service and they were very helpful in resolving this issue with me. They’re sending me a replacement for the small for a large. The shirt felt good and design are dope. I’m hoping the replacement fits right.

It was just a little bigger then I expected

The shirts took awhile to ship but the quality of them is much better than I expected and I really like the material that they use.

Good quality, prints consistent with expectations and pictures on websites. There may be some problems regarding the size, so I would advise choosing the size more carefully. But in general, no other complaints

Great and fun anime products! Best customer service! I purchased a couple items from this website. The first was perfect and the second didn't fit well. I contacted customer service to return the product and their customer service was friendly and professional and sent me a FREE replacement with out having to return the product! I would recommend this site to any anime fans who are looking for unique clothing!

Bought a shirt a month ago first shipment got “damaged due to a address issue” and the second shipment still hasn’t been sent out over a month to receive a t-shirt is ridiculous and customer service is no help at all will not be buying another thing from this website

The sweatshirt material is weird. Never felt anything like it and my son will not wear what I purchased.

Shipping was fine, suits run REALLY SMALL.

As someone who has a father who built customer service departments for companies, my standards are extremely high. One of the oversized shirts I ordered fit a little small for my liking. I reached out and received a response within 24 hours. Alpha Weebs kindly offered to send a free replacement, no return needed. Not only was this amazingly kind, it reduced a lot of stress on my part. I’m already excited to make another order! The shirts I have (2 oversized, 1 crop) have bright printing, quality-feeling material, and make me feel great about myself! You won’t regret ordering from Alpha Weebs 👍🏼👍🏼

I ordered 3 shirts and only received 2, and it doesn't look like I will be getting a refund or a replacement sent out. I got an automated response about being patient and how they send out items when its available. But they updated my order as delivered and I wasn't able to get help or talk to a representative. Also for I got the shirts in 2XL and they were really that big. But the graphic was what it looked like on the website

The item took a little longer to arrive

My item tracking was wonky, and the item didn't make it to me, but they offered to send me another one free of charge. Very responsive customer service.

Item received didn’t fit, but the customer service team was incredibly responsive and offered to make it right. It’s easy to claim good customer service when everything goes right, but the true challenge is the response when things don’t. In this case, alphaweebs clearly values customer satisfaction. Consider me a happy customer that will be making more purchases!

Items didn’t match the pictures. Quality was very poor especially for the price. Also, my email was never responded to when I asked for a shipment update since my shipment was late.

Cute shirt I love it for real! I wish there was an XL but Large was okay cuz it’s stretchy fabric. The colors of the shirt were perfect for the design which what made me caught my eye instantly to buy. Took awhile to ship but at least it arrived I still adore it a lot :)

Focusing purely on the quality of the two products I purchased, I gave 3 stars. Their sizing is nothing close to a typical size chart. One shirt I ordered was a 2xl, it is more like a large. It was actually comical seeing my husband putting it on. The second shirt, the image on it isn't clear. The shirts do feel like they are decent though, not too thin, or rough.

Horrible experience and product. I ordered a hoodie as a gift two weeks before my partner's birthday, it took 6 weeks to arrive and when it did the fabric and quality was AWFUL - I had planned to save it for a Christmas present but I'd be embarrassed to give it to anyone. This is a $60 hoodie. On top of that, after weeks of going back and forth with very slow and unhelpful customer service, they finally provide me an address to return...in China, at my own cost. And their website advertises "easy returns" and "money back guarantee". Lastly, I tried to post a 1 star review on the product page and days later it hasn't appeared, and when I click around I see literally every product has only 4 or 5 star reviews.
Do not waste your money or time with this dishonest company.
