Customer service is quick to respond, and very kind! I wanted to return an order because I can’t really open it (a coin pouch), but they were sweet enough to send me a free replacement!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! I ordered my products 3 weeks in advance from when I needed them. I received one shirt and was curious where the rest of my package was. When i reached out they told me that they didn’t have the shirts at their warehouse and that they had to order them from Singapore. They did not contact me to let me know my items were out of stock. When I asked them about this they simply said my items were on the way.They are terrible with communicating with customer service and failed to reach out when they realized they did not have my items in stock. I recently asked for a refund and am waiting to hear back

There was confusion about sizing
There was confusion about sizing, but their customer service was very prompt with helping me resolve the issue, they do state in their FAQ that sizing is non western so just be aware of that and you should be fine, if you have any issues the customer service will do their best to help you

The sizes aren't to size
The sizes aren't to size, they are really small, the one i recieved i put my husbands medium shirt ontop and the hoodie was supposed to be XXL - its barely bigger than a medium usa size.
This company tried to bribe me of giving them a better review when i contacted their customer service, DO NOT TRUST
Do not trust their reply - They do not offer "Free" reshipment, they offer you reshipment after you give them a good review this is a lie.

I ordered 2 tshirts and they ended up… so its been already past a few weeks since Ive contact support and they are crap, they lie and they are not serious. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. Scammers
I ordered two T-shirts, and they ended up being tiny sizes. I emailed the support, and they offered me a free replacement of the two t-shirts. They are very fast with the response time, and I didn't get my free replacement, but I will update after I get them.

Their customer service is understanding
Their customer service is very understanding they offered a free replacement for the shirt that I ordered. They use eastern sizing so if you plan on ordering which you should order a size or 2 bigger than usual.

Customer Service Helps As They Can
Their customer service is very understanding they offered a free replacement for the shirt that I ordered. They said that since they measure for Eastern they are not sure how Western Sizes work so they made it two sizes bigger. Hopefully the Shirt comes with the correct fitting this time.

I assume fraud or incompetence
I ordered 4 items at the end of March. There should be a free gift with this. Shortly afterwards a part arrived and nothing else. All items in my order history are on shipping. but that's not true.
Now we have 6 weeks later and all that comes from support is a standard email saying that the package is still coming because not all items are in stock. No tracking number and no refund. I'm assuming fraud here.

I got a free replacement
I ordered 3 shirts from them. The first 2 were fine. They were a bit small but I was happy with the designs and shirt quality. The 3rd shirt arrived separately and was a completely different material than what I ordered. I reached out to their customer service and they offered to let me keep the other shirt and send the correct shirt.

Ordered an item over 7 weeks ago and I still don't have a shipping confirmation, They said they had a glitch in the system and promised me a shipping confirmation asap that was a month ago then when I asked to just refund it they said I would be better to wait for the item because they can have glitches with returns too.

Got the Eva 1 sweater in khaki XL for my boyfriend. I wear size medium and it fit me just fine… it doesn’t fit my boyfriend AT ALL. The sweater is poor quality, the graphics is poor quality, the sizing is WAYYYY too small.
Absolutely disappointing and a waste of money. I do not recommend buying from the site. And also the fact that it’s manufactured all the way in China. No wonder the size and the quality is awful.
