Alpha Weebs Avis 

Had some issues with my order for the wrong delivery address (which I found) and the product being different. But the guys over at support team offered to replace the wrong product with the correct or one of the same value.

UPDATE 02/05:
Now after having the replacement delivered to me, the quality of the design is sooooo bad that even the one which was sent to me, that was wrong and not what I ordered, is better than this. The design is blurry and the images are so low quality. Even the material is slightly different.

Will not be ordering from them again. However, the support team are nice and understanding people.

I had emailed the company about my order, but it was a month before they got back to me. They said there was a delay with my order and that they'll keep me updated with a tracking number when it's available.

Another month with no update or tracking number. At this point, I had already paid them for the shirt and really no longer wanted the shirt, so I emailed to get a refund.

Now, they're saying the shirt is no longer available and that they will send me a Gift card code. I will pay the remaining amount after my prior transaction is reduced.

Like, what the hell are you talking about? Why would I give you more money when I haven't even received my first item?

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Ive been trying to contact you guys for a week regarding my order. Ive emailed and msg you guys but received no kind of response. You guys said my order was no longer available and i need that refund if item i order is NOT avaialable. Please respond and let me know when will i get refunded.

I ordered a hoodie and a shirt with a free gift. I received the free gift item first which was a ring. I was confused so I reached out to customer service who told me this was normal and my other items would be coming in time. About two weeks after that I received the shirt I ordered. It was very cute, but I still hadn't received the hoodie. I reached out to customer service again and they told me it was still on its way. Another two weeks passed and had been about a month and a half since I ordered the items at this point so I reached out again. Customer service told me the item has been delivered. I replied that it had not been delivered and that I wanted to take it with me on my trip in three weeks so to please either replace the item or refund my money for the hoodie. They agreed to replace the item. Here's hoping this one gets here.

Even thought we had a mix up with the size of the shirt I bought they afford to give me a free replacement without having to send it back. That’s amazing customer service and satisfaction.

5 stars for costumer service! I ordered a tshirt and the quality is really bad so I contacted costumer service (they are great) and they offered a free replacement I didn’t have to return anything. Once the replacement arrives I’ll leave a picture here.

Do NOT order from this site. Do yourself a favor. They charge top dollar for absolute garbage quality material. Even the graphics they put on the items are abysmal. Ordered a hoodie and the graphic is way small for it and extremely blurry. They refuse to refund and won’t pay for return shipping. Scam of a company. I would avoid if I were you. I’m not sure if the positive reviews are paid for or not because this place is horrible. Oh and not to mention it took nearly 2 months for my items to come. Avoid at all costs.

While I did receive the wrong sizes, I do appreciate the speedy response to my issues. I do appreciate that they sent me free replacements of the products. Awesome company

Finding a good site for quality anime T-shirts is hard. When I got my shirts from Alpha Weebs I was happy to see the quality was more than passable. It truly was great. Where I ran into an issue was size. My shirts were smaller than I anticipated. I reached out to Alpha, Weebs Customer Support. And they quickly responded and sent me bigger sizes of the shirts. On Them!!! Truly care for their customers. Very happy with their process!

The customer service for the most part was helpful and responded pretty quickly. I ordered 2 shirts which arrived pretty quickly however, I only received one shirt and in the wrong size. I contacted customer support, and they stated that the site runs smaller sizes hence them sending me a large instead of a medium (although there was nothing in their site about a different size chart). I asked about my second shirt and they responded with we can send you a free shirt for the inconvenience of the wrong size…I sent the receipt, and showed them that I paid for 2 shirts. They never acknowledged it.

Excellent 10/10 customer service. They offered to replace an order free of charge to make sure I’m satisfied. The quality was good as well

Very happy with my purchase! Shirts were soft and fit well, and the seller was quick to respond and super helpful regarding my inquires. Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing from again in the future. :)

So far customer service has been great. Orders a shirt that had a word mispelled emailed them they are sending me a free replacement.
